Valuation-a thought31 Jul 2019 10:20
I hear a lot of peeps spouting on about why would anyone pay 50p/£1 for a company/asset that is currently valued by "the market" at around 9p-good point but remember the sp is only at any given time a reflection of a group of buyers and sellers perception of where the sp should be and as we all know the market is not always right. I like to draw an analogy of buying a property. If you want to buy a house in any given street in any city and there are a couple of houses for sale then apart from slight variations the price is fairly well defined. If however you wish to buy a country house then the valuation gets a bit more hazy, throw in a country house within a certain county with 500acres, a river etc etc then it becomes even more so especially if when you find that property ther are 2/3 other people wanting it as well. So as Darkenergy /Soundoff rightly pointed out there is the known quantity/price val of the T5 horst but also the unkown valuation of the rest of the area and of course its pretty stable geopolitical risk and access to Europe. So yes i can see someone paying 50/100p despite the current sp being 9p-just a thought
