Approximately 226m shares held on the AIM... Even with the full 566m in circulation, there are not many shares in issue. It’s all positive...

And Ed, What I think we do agree on, is the positive impact that fewer shares trading on the AIM will have upon a positive decision. When this moves, it will move fast.

I disagree on that point Ed, simply because BEM is such a small concern, and that if the decision was negative, it wouldn’t actually impact on that many investors. Far bigger companies have gone bust, and governments don’t give a damn. But, I do think it sends out the message that BEM, or to be more precise JIMAB is a Swedish majority owned company. And that is an important message... If that makes sense? Only my opinion of course...

They will no doubt still have some MP’s, but might not be part of a coalition (Here’s hoping!), therefore, and this is an opinion echoed by Swedish posters on FB, will have limited, it at all any input into the final decision. (And yes Suzy, lbjj’ continued input is a constant puzzle!)

I understand perfectly... Some posters don’t understand the difference between the civil service and government... One stands for election, whilst the other, much like a job with the old Water Board, has a job for life. One group thinks it runs the country, and often pays the price when it goes wrong; And the other group actually runs the country. One group gets 13-weeks paid holiday a year, much like teachers (apologies to all teachers and the link to Politicians), whilst the other group, much like the rest of the employed, work continuously throughout the year, with modest leave entitlement. And so, whilst the politicians seeking re-election whileaway their days kissing babies, posing for photos in the local press and posting leaflets through doors, the civil service continues to work tirelessly for the benefit of the country. This situation is now clearly in limbo due to politics, but was absolutely placed in limbo by the civil service, namely the CAB and Mining Inspectorate... So tell me, bar a rubber stamp on the application by a politician, who will actually make the decision? The civil service of course, who as we speak, will be merrily beavering away. That was, in essence, my point...

No Eric, I said Politicians are focused on re-election... Unlike others on here, I draw the distinction between government and the civil service.

It certainly looks post election now... That said, the civil service still operate, it just needs a minister to rubber stamp the decision, whatever that decision might be. Therein lays the problem... preoccupied with re-election. And to think it would be decided according to law, and not politics!

It’s disgraceful... the financial damage caused to this company. And to think we were expected to be Mining by 2018. I’ve yet to see where it states that Lkab will buy Kallak... it’s just conjecture. What miner wouldn’t be interested? The fact is they would have to pay the going rate...
