The elections will be a milestone for certain, but I’m not sure that decision will be forthcoming immediately after... If, as it’s been suggested on Facebook that following the submissions in April, and as it’s now with the government, BEM might be looking at this part of the process taking 1-year. That said, Copperstone were publicly informedmonths before the official issuance of their licence, that it would be granted. Might BEM be the same?

Suzy, we are essentially on the same page. I just take issue with a distortion of the facts, which in this case, you were simply quoting from Avanza. There is a mine of misinformation (excuse the pun... we don’t even have our own mine yet!), and the irrefutable fact is that the application was submitted in April 2013. And anything that Asa states in respect of timeframe is hardly reliable!

I’m not seeing your argument... And to reiterate, this application was submitted in April 2013. And was part of a process “expected to take 6-9 months”. Yes the application is complex, but then these things usually are. It is actually these people’s job... They are paid to do this. Would you tolerate a mechanic unable to fix your car? No... or at least a sensible person wouldn’t. So why are BEM and investors tolerating such incompetence from paid government officials? Accepting continual delays is investor complicity...

Simply put, there is no reasoned argument that can be put forward to justify this delay. And to reason that ‘it’s only a year’ or ‘whats a few more weeks?’ Is utter nonsense...

The application was submitted on the 23rd of April 2013... Yes it’s been back, Forth and back again, and no doubt sat on a desk somewhere; And yes, there have been further submissions from interested parties, but it’s hard to justify delays. This process has been anything but normal.
