I think you are right Suzy2...I don't recall the full circumstances, but the point is that they used the law to their favour.

The fact that we have 60% of shares on the Swedish market (Plenty of Danish, Finnish And other Scandavian investors - Hence I draw the distinction between Swedish investors and the actual market), is very important in my opinion. However, the government wouldn’t either grant or refuse the application on the basis of ownership. However, it has been used as a means to denigrate BEO as a ‘foreign company’ by our detractors. So the 60% is very important from that sense. But, as you quite rightly highlight, it’s the law by which our application will be ultimately judged, and that is where we should derive our confidence. Budge has done his homework... Let’s get the election out of the way, and with a post election visit from Budge, I am confident that we will get some clarity. He’s not just going to turn up uninvited is he? Think about it!

It’s finally September and the elections beckon... I don’t expect an immediate decision when the new government is formed, regardless of its political make-up (though it would be nice). However, what the election and it’s outcome does ensure, is that a decision will be finally taken, irrespective of the outcome. My money is on a ‘yes’.

Polls are notoriously inaccurate... when polled in the street, would anyone admit to voting for the Sweden Democrats? They look like making bigger gains... it’s all very interesting, but more so as to how it will translate into an actual government. Looks like a coalition, with the greens no longer able to enter government as a junior partner due to the significant losses by the Democrats? It’s heating up...

All very positive... strong cash balance... Impending election and planned post visit to Sweden. Finland progressing nicely. Small number of shares on the UK market, strong Swedish buy-in, Looks good from an investors point of view.

There is roughly 238m shares in circulation on AIM, the other 328m held in Sweden. Most are tightly held by long term private investors in the UK, replicated in Sweden. It absolutely makes for a very tight, and contracting market as shares get sent over to the Swedish market. When this moves, it will move rapidly (And yes, up or down). Compare other companies with billions of shares in issue... just a thought
