We’ve been aware of that for a long tine Bobtree... but a timely reminder nonetheless. The fact is, there has never been a legitimate resason for a refusal. That is more apparent now than ever. What has also become very apparent, is that the process was politicised, and that is the very reason for this delay. The law is on our side...

That’s my point... read the conspiratorial posts! The ore body has been known about since the 1950’s. BEO didn’t discover it... but we have invested a significant amount in proving it up. And it’s true, Lkab were not interested, possibly for political reasons (let a junior take the risk, and then buy them out). Lkab is a very real possibility. And yes, I agree totally about dilution and KB. I’m positive on our prospects, and I don’t see this being ‘taken’ from BEO... A JV or buyout are most likely. What we won’t do is go it alone... And let’s face it, the authorities are now backed into a corner. It’s a yes or no decision. If it’s no, then KB has already demonstrated that he is prepared to use the courts, given our recent legal challenge in respect of two expired licences that the MI refused to extend.

It was really in answer to the conspiracy theory that Kallak will somehow be taken from BEO. Our investment has been considerable for a junior exploration company, but small beer to a major I’m afraid...

If LKAB wanted Kallak, they could have simply applied for the permit?

ARVIDSJAUR The mining permit of the Berg State for the Evafiction west of Glommersträsk is stuck. According to P4 Norrbotten, the government decided on Friday not to review the appeal from a private person opposing a mine. The reason is that the person is not considered to be affected by the mining plans and therefore has no right to appeal. Because the process has been circumvented by Politicians, it's unclear as to the next process. However, I would imagine environmental and planning submissions from BEM should follow quite quickly. How these subsequently get dealt with is another matter. And given that BEM have already submitted environmental studies in excess of those legally required, I would imagine that a large chunk of that requirement complete. I also expect a few curve balls thrown in when our exploitation licence is granted.

Blind optimism perhaps, but I’m convinced that KB will have been busy behind the scenes...

There were around 136m shares in issue at the time, though we don’t know how many were held in Sweden. Probably very few? That equates to 214m shares that are held on the AIM today, with the other 60% in Sweden. So not vastly different. We shall see...

Anyone remember CSP giving a presentation when the SP was around 70-75p... Boasting that he had built a business with a £100m market cap, and using a piece of un-processed iron ore as a magnet? We had no Finnish assets, no exploitation licence, and less JORC'd tonnes. On that basis, a £100m market-cap today would give an SP of around 18p with the number of shares in issue. Makes you think...

10p would be a good starting point...
