Firstly tintin35, I certainly want more than 8p... That was merely used as an example, and there are takeover rules that apply. Furthermore, we have almost exclusively private investors, and so a large institutional investor could not push through a sale that wasn't in our mutual interests. People need to understand that, that the word 'premium', which is oft banded around, can mean many things.

It’s unlikely that a government will be formed before the 14th January... and therefore unlikely that we would receive any news. Plus, I’d expect a ‘settling in’ period for any new government. And not forgetting, it will be the summer holidays before we know it!

There is no reasonable explanation as far as I can tell... It is obviously a matter of politics. It’s been a complete abuse of their own processes. Sooner or later, we will get an outcome, even if it is as a result of legal action.

Worryingly, with no government in place, and the potential for a another general election, plus a settling-in period for any new government; our 6th Anniversary waiting for a decision looks a distinct possibility (BEO submitted their original application on the 23rd April 2013 - The date is seared into my memory). Alarm bells must be ringing for other exploration companies, not to mention the financial damage caused to Beowulf and investors.

Party leaders will reconvene on the 14th January 2019 Eric, so little Christmas cheer for investors. If they haven’t formed a government at that point, a snap election beckons. What started as a year of promise has turned to dust. And regardless of the outcome, the SP is now so low, that any rise in the SP could be quite disappointing?

Flawed argument Suzy2... Any ‘government’ would be a coalition, a collective of different ideas. Clearly centrist and parties to the political left sit easier with your own political leanings. The fact is, 18% of those that voted, voted for the Sweden Democrats. To ignore such a huge number of the electorate, is precisely why a government has not yet been formed. And from my point of views, who cares? As long as the greens are no where near. This B.B. has become bogged down with irrelevant nonsense..

Let’s hope so... The SP is dire. We need some positive news and fast. This whole process has destroyed the value of this company.

And on April 23rd 2019, it will be the 6th Anniversary of our submission. How can any business or investor make investment decisions with such uncertainty?

It will be interesting to see how KB's approach changes or adapts once a new government is in place. The existing 'wait and see' policy is not a course of action that can be followed indefinitely. Sooner or later, we will have an answer.

Will it result in the nuclear option of legal action?

It’s all conjecture on our part. The government will be formed, whatever it’s political make-up. We will then either get a yes or a no. If it’s negative, then BEM will have to take the legal route if, as KB has repeatedly stated is true, that our application meets all legal requirements.
