I received a very quick reply to an email that I sent to KB. The first email that I have ever been inclined to send, as our CEO has better things to do with his time. Nevertheless, whilst I won't divulge some of the detail, and there was nothing sensitive, the current course of action seems to be 'wait and see' in respect of the new government. I guess we will have to wait just that little longer.

Another sorry day. I've contacted KB, for the very first time I might add, and planted the seed of legal action for breach of process. I'm sure this course has already occurred to him, but nevertheless, it makes me feel slightly better. This ongoing drama is simply unacceptable.

No, it was in a recent RNS. BEM had not completed any exploratory work at the sites, on the basis that we were awaiting approval on Kallak, the licences were to expire and we applied to extend. The MI refused, and as a consequence, BEM has taken the matter to the Supreme Court.

It comes down to a simple 'Yes' or 'No' in my opinion. As you state Suzy2, the arguments against were whittled down to the fine detail, which KB has essentially eliminated. That isn't to say that there will not be some caveats to a positive decision. The Swedish authorities will have to ultimately give an answer... And for those advocating legal intervention at some point, KB has demonstrated already that he is willing to use lawyers when necessary following the refusal of the MI to extend or re-issue exploration permits for two of our other licences.

I've dealt with tools like him most of my professional life Eric. I accept it's a public board, and people are free to post as they see fit. In fact, its positive to post different opinions and views. And we are are all alert to the historical failings of the company and particularly the Swedish Government. But it's beyond me why anyone would post to antagonise others. Attention seeking perhaps?
