Whilst the risk may not be huge for them I see no logic in low future placings like what Porky is saying because they will lose out on a potential 1-1.5 million pounds. It is like throwing over 1 million pounds down the drain.

Somehow I don't see the logic in that. Now that they have the options since last year they have to do the best they can. They made bad moves at the wrong time and maybe they just need a bit of help. As for the science, strategy and pipeline it is pretty good.

With the amount of news due and cash until late 2024 I am sure they will make the right calls when the time is right. The time to buy is now imo if one can hold.

Your acting like they don't have any. I would think they have an average of about 5-10p range, 400/500k shares with options from 12p at 30/40p with 400/500k. It might not be massive but it is a fair amount and some simply don't gamble big it is what it is but hopefully they will buy more.

If VAL hits 100p they probably make about 1 million pounds each. I can't be bothered to calculate and I don't know the average but as they purchased when they first arrived I am sure the average is around 5-10p.

The solution is easy here.

1) Major shareholder on the board.

2)They buy before any future placing say between 10-15p if no news.

3) Easy to sell placing in the future given our pipeline and news due. IF BOD all are invested and we have someone like Adam on the board placings will be in very high demand so any discount will be tiny even if we are in the 20s/30s and even in this market. They don't have to buy into a placing if they don't want to.

Everyone wins. The company and share price grows. We are where we are due to lack of care or competence but they are good at some things but perhaps don't understand the market that well.

They all get voted in with minimum disruption.

I don't think that is an indication of potential. Would you put a six figure sum into a company if the entire BOD including yourself if you were on BOD could potentially be voted out. No chance. I think she has been waiting for the team to be re-elected all along but the problem is that it has backfired.

I would think the best way forward is a major shareholder like Adam on the board with the current BOD working with shareholders to grow confidence, SP and the company and move forwards. I have always said BOD needs to be balanced you can't not have the right and left person not owning enough or any shares.

Emotional decisions only take us backwards but some changes are needed and the best one is for them to work with shareholders to avoid disruptions.

True he also tried to tell us shareholders would vote for resolution 4. He has consistently been wrong.

We must not forget the value on offer here. Any hint of any decent progress for any of the compounds and we can multi-bag. I can't see everything failing including CLX so a 5-10 bagger looks highly likely even in the next 12 months.

Not going to waste all my time responding to Porky today BUT what I will say is that the situation is different to last year when they never had the options. Suzy and Kevin have about 400/500k shares each and 400/500k options each with hurdles at 30/40 p. Works out close to a million combined. Whilst they may have low averages and don't lose with options they will make a significant amount of money the higher the share price goes.

We want them to buy more at these prices but I think they will not do anything to destroy the long term value of the share price. They will need to keep control of spending in this market and wait until the market improves whilst progressing with projects at the same time.

We have enough to be valued at 25/30 p without 201 and if 201 does get done in the next 1 year then any placing in the future is likely to be done at 30 p range.

Porky VAL has dropped from 74p down to 9 p. At that point we only had VAL201 but now we have CLX, lab, leading scientists and compounds in the evaluation stage which can instantly add 10s millions to the MC. That was the price when the old BOD had left and the company was at risk of going bust.

Headroom for placing is always needed. Bit misleading to say that. Just because it is requested doesn't mean it will all be used.

Everyone here knows we are massively undervalued caused by delays to 201, market conditions and uncertainty due to buy and build. Yes we will wait for the presentation but no doubt you will twist everything they say.

Regardless at 9 p and 9 million MC doesn't even factor in the value of CLX001 which is estimated to be worth about 20 p let alone our lab, 301, 201 and potentially Barcelona and Hokkaido.

Raising more cash at a higher price eliminates uncertainty as it can eliminate the need for future placings as our spending is fairly low as we don't do clinical trials anymore. So if you are a serious buyer you would buy here and look to get the SP to 20s and more therefore longer term look at 100p plus not the other way around.

Bang on and many people think we wants to buy cheaper but I have to disagree and I have done so for a while.

Logically speaking if you had money you would be buying at this SP or calling for more certainty. Wanting a placing at 5p does not raise enough cash unless you dilute massively so even if you buy into the placing or after you would be stuck with roughly double the amount of shares. Without some strong volume it will remain or drift from that level which is then followed by another placing as not enough is raised at that price.

The correct way if you are looking for an entry would be here. Then with some news/confidence SP goes to around 20p then you do a placing you end up with only about 120 million shares and about 4 million.

Therefore based on evidence it is clear he has no intention to invest otherwise he would be buying now pumping to 20p and hoping for a higher placing which is far less dilutive. Also given the amount of news due and time left it is an unreasonable aim to buy in at that price so I agree he is not a buyer.

At worst 9 months but likely considerably longer when considering all the variables.

We are oversold and have lots of news due. It would be very poor if BOD does not produce one outcome on time given at least two are due before the AGM.
