Porky you don't know what you don't know. You got everything wrong, wrong about resolution 4, wrong about July placing, wrong about BOD members being voted out and frankly wrong when you were ramping at 50p day and night. You got all 4 stocks wrong in the last 2/3 years. INSP, NYCT, 4D and HE1.

Everything is relative. A 7 million market cap does not even cover the value of CLX let alone everything else. Porky does not know more than Adam in regards to deals and science and Adam says about 10/20 million in his opinion just for upfront payments let alone milestones which would be huge. The lab will get lots of contracts that itself could be valued at 5-10 million in the next 6 months. We then have new compounds, 301 which is actively being worked on and progressing and then 201. If BOD says 201 will get done then we cannot go against that until they say.

We should be 30p without 201 so imo I think we will rerate with a few decent RNS. Likely an early deal for CLX in the next 6 months to get extra cash and help progress the strategy. If 201 then gets done even in 6 months we could be 70p-100p with decent cash.

CLX should be about 20p atm currently valued at only 30% of what it should be.

Because market makers will drop it making it harder to raise if needed at a later date. Even though all our other assets apart from 201 is probably worth more than 30 million/30p but it will not stop them dropping. it.

It may suit those that have sold out completely or most of the stock but not genuine holders. 201 will get VAL out of this mess or CLX and right back to where it should be.

I think now is the time to support the company and your mate Adam who is heavily invested.

Nick you apply no logic to suggesting they should terminate as that would put the company at risk at this moment of time. You are not privy to information and if they have stated they are confident then we should go based on that.

At 7p VAL is no longer about 201 but should it get done then it is a huge bonus. Withdrawing the deal puts the company at risk so that would be wrong unless TRX pulls themselves and I don't believe they will because they know they will get it done. Big money for them.

No raise needed for a long time. Remember Cenkos report confirmed about 700k by the end of 2023. Val burns just over 2 million a year. This is without revenue from the lab. We now should be announcing lab contracts at any moment as they had a few months and old Imogen clients on the book plus senior staff who have access to all the clients. Adam on board with lab experience also brings advantages.

Everyone here knows Adam always wanted an early deal for one of the preclincial compounds. He and Cathy have contacts and I think in the next 6 months they will push for it even though initially they may have looked to carry with CLX to get more cash. They can get 10/20 million upfront payment.

All it takes is BOD buying shares, deal for 201 or CLX completed before year end, some decent revenue to increase our cash until the end of 2024 and we should easily multibag. As we saw with Yougene yesterday when an offer comes in you are locked out until you see that 200% rise. WIth plenty of cash and potential now is the time to take advantage of a crazy low price and possibly 10 bag in 12 months.

We have cash until the middle of 2024. SIgnificant revenue to come soon I strongly suspect in the next 3 months. Adam is now inside. I am calm and I can wait. AIM market conditions are poor but I suspect we are at the bottom. Will Adam push for a CLX deal even just 10 million upfront payment in the next 6 months. Very possible and I'm still backing 201 to complete before the end of 2024.

Buy when others are fearful. These losers will never make money. Nothing is risk free but any hint of decent success such as a deal will likely 5-10 bag us. Possible takeover is also likely at these prices given the value of our assets.

Let us focus on the stock. No more fighting guys. We are here to get this moving again. 7 million is a very low price for everything we have. Those that appreciate some risk can see huge rewards from these prices compared to investing in dead stocks elsewhere.

Having met the wider team; in particular, those involved in new pipeline introductions, SPV development, and Inaphaea; I felt that potential opportunities are essentially there for the taking, and now, as a major shareholder, is a time for me to hold firm.

Change the misleading title.

All psychology should really be buying more here to sell quicker if you really wanted out. Not selling at a loss because SP is very likely to go up soon with MC of 7 million only. Buyers will step in soon at these prices and suddenly 10p with news higher SP.

Not really Adam is inside now.. lab contracts will come soon lots of revenue to come should build confidence.. Adam will go over all compounds and see where RNSs can come.

Not at all. Let me clarify. The recent Cenkos report stated 700k left at the end of 2023. That takes us to about May/June next year but WITHOUT revenue which should extend the timeframe considerably.

I am saying we should have lots of news before that time for time for 301, lab contracts generating significant revenue, new compounds and personally I go with the BOD on 201 that it gets done before 2024. 301 could go into SPV very soon and from what I heard it would be worth about 15p just for that.

Minimum would be an easy doubler before further cash is required if at all imo but or with a bit of luck multibagger before further cash is needed next year.

The AIM market has had a bad time recently and we have been unlucky due to various external factors outside our control. Anyone who thinks we should be valued at only 7 million with 201, 301, 401, CLX001, lab, Imagen and new compounds to come in the next few weeks should not be investing. Any progress to the next stage for any of our compounds will instantly 2, 5,10 bag us and that is likely or at least 1,2 are likely this year.

Invest based on risk vs reward. Lots of news due and Adam will do all he can from here. BOD will also hopefully support so those waiting will likely buy much higher. Nothing is risk free but an easy doubler from here before any further cash is required in the coming months if at all based on how much contracts we take on soon.

As stated on the website Adam will have access to all information for all projects. He can see what needs to be done to bring value to the projects and identify when a value adding RNS can be sent or work further work needs to be done to bring an early deal. He gets to have regular meetings with BOD and has some influence so that is a positive.

I am with most and we should let him decide and give him time. He has made his choice and we should support them. Shareholders have votes so we move on for now as nothing stated here will change that. Adam can decide for himself now that he is inside.

The facts are it is not difficult to get the price up from here as most of the projects are worth multiples of what we are worth. It is all perception mainly driven by a few individuals with agendas to try and buy cheaper. I try and make people see the real value on offer.

With a number of potential old Imogen clients on the book, Adam with potential lab contacts and knowledge of the business, the unique technology we now have including partnering with PYC and the all the events they have been attending then I think we should be getting lots of contracts coming through in the next 3 months. We only burn about 2.5 million a year and we should have 700k by year end as stated in the recent Cenkos report.

Enough time to get some news out for possibly for 201, 301, lab contracts to give more time to get the SP up and new compounds to come through. CLX is worth at least 20p in Adam's opinion at the moment and that can get a deal or investment at any stage as well as further news in the next 3-6 months.

Investment is about appreciating some risk. On balance we are a bargain at these prices.

Nick I am not attacking you. Most here want what is best. I believe that we have value here and that is not hard to see. We can't change anything at the moment as it is Adam's call and yes I believe it is the correct move. I would like us to get behind them one last time and give them a chance.

I'll leave it at that but constantly going on about BOD changes once votes have been done is pointless at the moment. It will not change anything for the moment. Therefore those that wish to back should back it otherwise it is pointless moaning and is not helpful.

SIze of holding does not matter but it does when you have sold most or all of your stock and have the ability to buy back big cheaper. Therefore the agenda can be to crash the share price in order to buy cheaper and to manipulate others. Don't see such posts when many are fully invested and therefore that proves my point. We have all seen your ramps all day and night. You refuse to let anyone post anything negative just look back at your DDDD history and what happened and it turned out that what many were saying was correct and you were wrong.

The SP is only where it is due to AIM market conditions, 201 delays and incorrect perceptions by some. The value of assets exceeds more than 7 million. We had news but Barcelona and Hokkaido never went our way. Still even now Adam and also BOD strongly believe we are undervalued and that holds weight compared to what you say.

We will get some significant contracts for revenue. BOD are likely to buy in IMO therefore SP should increase with new compounds also coming through. They have almost 1 year of cash left imo based on Cenkos report so news will come when it comes.

Anyway i'll leave it at that. It makes no difference as all your posts made zero impact on the votes as not one person got voted out. Waste of time as people have opinions and minds and can think for themselves.

Porky recently stated he sold down to 20k shares so that is just over 1k at the moment in order to vote. He got it wrong so time to sell out if you don't see value. I don't see the logic of a person posting who had about 1 million shares a few years back and now has only 20k shares telling us what to do. The same applies to others as well but in different proportions.

Adam joining the scientific advisor means he gets to analyse the compounds and give advice. In order to make the correct decisions you need to understand the science and what directions the compounds go in so that we see value quicker and the right scientific decisions are made. If later he feels he can bring more value he can jump on the BOD. He can also discuss various matters with the BOD.

I think this is a better move for now than joining BOD directly. It will ensure correct decisions are made by understanding the science first and seeing where to go then. No doubt he will help with the lab to ensure we get some decent revenue coming through so we will probably have enough cash until late 2024 as the burn rate will decrease if revenue is generated.

Anyway I expect lots of news in the next 6 months so I'm not bothered. Happy to wait it out for 12 months and yes It will not take much to get us back to 30/50p.

Votes have been done, Adam has decided his move now. We now move on. I see it as a positive as he now gets to see everything and advice where necessary. Either back the stock or people should sell out and move on.

No more negativity appreciated as I no longer see a reason for it. I am invested as I see potential from the current SP. Down to others if they see the same or not. Shareholders have voted.
