I honestly don't bother reading his posts. I read the first line and that is it.

The fact that most people have seen and cannot be disputed was recently Cenkos indicated that Valirx would have cash of £700k by the end of this year. Add in R and D tax credit of £325 k giving us 1.05 million from the end of the year minus cost of Imagen and one staff costing about £240 k. It should work out about 800 k from the end of 2023.

Based on the cash burn rate that takes us to around May/June 2024. That is ignoring any revenue which will reduce the cash burn significantly and increase that until late 2024.

Valirx still expects 201 to be completed this year. If that happens further cash and warrants will then be exercised giving us a few million more. So cash until potentially 2025.

I would think if further cash is needed next year any raise would be when the SP is above 15/20 p so anyone buying here would likely be 100/200/300% in profit and maybe more if 201 comes and takes us right up.

Val dropped from 65 p and we had far less than we do now. Revenue will attract large investments. The best time to invest is now imo.

Porky you pick what you want. You ignored the recent Cenkos report which gets approved by BOD so you're talking rubbish. That was without the tax credit refund and without revenue.

As stated earlier you also ignore all the news due, revenue and the latest update on 201 is that BOD still expects it to be completed this year so more cash.

Complete lie because that was the financials for last year and does not take into account the amount raised from the placing early this year.

You have just been caught lying once again. Cenkos report indicated cash close to mid 2024 but that is WITHOUT revenue therefore revenue should reduce the cash burn rate and increase the time it takes to run out.

You're just misleading people by trying to be smart but nobody here is stupid. Fact is VAL should be worth 25/30 p without 201 and BOD expects 201 to get done. So I am expecting a 100-1000% move this year not just for 201 but other news as well before any further cash is needed.

Worth everyone also noticing they requested a MAXIMUM 20 million shares for cash this year. Yes they can come back for more if an emergency but they would have calculated based on where they expect the SP to go based on news to come. Highly unlikely they will come back for more.

20 million at 5 million = 1 million pounds which lasts about 5 months. Not an option.

Must have big news lined up and lots of it. Nothing is guaranteed but this is as good as it gets for buying cheap.

Time to average down and buy would be now imo. DYOR. If one has an average at 20p and buys at 7p then it will reduce it to about 14p. If I was to sell given potential and cash in the bank I would do that rather than sell at a big loss. Personally I have reduced my average and will hold and see how it goes.

Easy move up from here when news comes.

Having listened to all presentations carefully I noticed it was stated the BOD were expecting 201 to be completed this year. I asked Suzy this week if this was still the case. The answer was a very clear yes and they so no reason to think otherwise although not guaranteed. Bear in mind it is priced at zero currently.

Val has cash until around the middle of 2024 based on the most recent Cenkos report. After 2 years the progress for 201 must be at an advanced stage now and if they are confident it will get done this year then happy to go along with it.

If it happens we may open up 400%. It does happen on rare occasions and given we have dropped so much I think it will. Then we will go up more from that point.

Failing that we have 301 that can produce a huge update, fairly sizable lab contracts which will come, new evaluations and possibly CLX updates/deal in the next 6 months. Any decent news at this tiny market cap will likely increase us significantly.

I feel this is the SP to average down at or buy in big. Anyone buying here will likely see 100-1000% gains over the next 12 months imo. Lots of pending news and plenty of cash in the tank. RIsk to reward is outstanding for what we have.

Ignore Porky he spent 1 year promising us all a July placing and it is not happening. Plenty of cash and not needed until lots of significant news. He lost all his money in DDDD having sold us and now has jack all left to invest.

Oh now predicting August. He spent the last one year predicting July. Clown. In August he will predict September and September he will predict October and so on.

Fact is the SP will have to go up from here before it is even considered and we have cash until late 2024 with revenue will come shortly. By then the deals will come and VAl will get to at least 30p. That is my prediction.

Metom you only give Porky what he wanted which is for people like you to lose money. I can see you being on this board for a very long time once you have sold and being bitter. It is your choice so if you sell then move on as it is a choice you are making. Personally if you think this cannot move from 6 million then you should not be investing in my opinion. I don't mean that in a rude way but facts.

6p to 66p is a ten bagger. 201 gets done and we hopefully open up 300/400%. Then new evaluations in pipeline, lab contracts and ii buying in and we go past that level. Val will rise again those buying here will do well I am sure. Not much left to get right from 6 million.

Porky, you don't know what you don't know. I am not saying he knows everything.

As part of the role he is allowed access to all the scientific details regarding our compounds. He can highlight what can be in an RNS and the significance of it. One of the problems we had in the past is the lack of information regarding 301 despite all the apparent progress. Another point is that it is important to get the science right in order to select the best compounds to give us the best chance of getting it through to SPV. CLX to get that to a deal ready stage fast he could help in regards to that as well.

If the lab generates enough revenue soon VAL may never need a placing again because by the time cash runs out CLX can get a deal and 201.

Anyway you have your agenda which is to waste time on here. You stated you hold about £1k worth of shares as you sold down and you are not a buyer. Fair play to you and I hope you can make that 1k back.

Porky your just proving why nobody here should trust you. Obviously Adam is allowed access to certain information and can sign NDA but obviously you know this.

201 is not priced in at all. All relative. At 7 million one could argue all our drugs are valued at zero.

It is all market perception nobody is right or wrong as it changes constantly. What the market thinks is not always right. This is why VAL has gone up 1000% in the past on more than one occasion.

All I know is that from 7 million it does not take much to get the SP with decent news.

Metom, to keep roles and get paid salary the company needs to be one where people can invest. A lower SP is not good to raise cash in the future so I would think this will soon head back up above 10 p fairly soon. It does not take much at this market cap to move this up 100%.

They still got the 201 card. Any update on that at any stage will take up fast. CLX is ongoing to think no news in the next 12 months and SP to remain low is crazy.

To sell at the bottom at 6 million is insane. A great chance to average down or buy in for an easy potential 10 bag here. With revenue will come institutional investors add in a few evaluations and another SPV and suddenly we are worth more than 50 p. Things change fast so I'm happy to hold.

We are 6/7 million at the moment. Nothing is really priced here maybe just the lab.

Therefore there are so many chances to get 2/3/4/5/10 bags easily. The market is not always right which is why sometimes stocks move up 300-500%.

We need to go based on what BOD says despite the past. They still think 201 will get done and we have enough cash. Even an update on CLX in the next 6 -12 months before any possible cash raise next year will increase us massively. Like I said plenty of chances and we should be at the bottom here.

If it drops further I would think BOD or Adam will add. Momentum will change. Have to ignore the fear factor and buy at these times based on potential.

Until the middle of next year but with revenue coming in very soon I would say end of 2024.

201 is still expected to be completed this year. With that we could open at least 25-30 p. It will not take much to double us from this price even a decent contract generating revenue. New evaluations will also come through soon.

The situation is the same at the moment but it will change for the better I am sure.

We are only 7 million pounds. At this stage they have to make the company investible regardless if they invest or not.....Therefore I would expect this to be the bottom and for us to generate significant revenue and have some new evaluations come through and hopefully news for 301 should give us a decent lift from these prices.

DIrectors can invest at any point but hopefully they do it at these prices not lower.

It’s ok to come here and post that. Director of Blue holds zero shares and you own about 10%. You should post the same message over on that board as how does anyone know that they will dilute for further investments in Blue. Osirium directors purchased as i understand it but it turned to chit as clearly they never understood the finances.

Porky your track record says it all. You were buying 4D as it was tanking and burning 55 million a year. Now that is clueless as most of us were telling you at the time but you refused to listen.

Anyway once again you have your calculations the wrong way around with Valirx. When it comes to finances and placings I refuse to listen to a word you say.

They have all the technology and partnership with PYC as well to get some big contracts. Cash until late 2024 so no problem.

Enough time for a CLX deal. Worst case instead of accepting 20 million up front accept 5 million and get decent milestones. Plenty of solutions but regardless it should be easy to get the SP to 15/20p.

Porky you have no clue about investing. The lower the price the more risky the investment. A smart person would buy here be 100/200% in profit then a minor placing at a later date and up we go again. So if one buys at 7p then early 2024 we are 18-20p with small placing at 15p if needed. Job done then up again.

I believe they will buy and they should. Still whatever the plans nothing can be done at 7p. The SP has to go up to progress the strategy and I believe solutions will be found now that Adam is inside and will help them see sense. Once this moves it will move big.

Porky if you had money you would buy at least half of what you plan to buy now. If you have no more money best to stop disrupting and find another stock to comment where you are less well known. Best wishes.
