Porky needs to be on FTSE 100 stock not here. Almost every AIM company needs headway but it does not mean they use it or will use all of it.

20 million at 5p for cash is 1 million pounds. Even in this market and given our SP it is a fair request. I would imagine they are certain 201 will be done soon for them to request only 20 million for cash.

To be fair they asked for 10 million last time and used about 1 million but i would not expect them to get any more options and work towards the ones they have which expire next year. Same as the headway requested in the past they have either not used it or used about half. 20 million for cash is not much given our share price so they can only be done above 15p or more likely 20p and above to get any decent amount of cash.

The other 20 million can be used for institutional investors but at a premium given our current valuation. Suzy has stated in the past institutional investors will buy based on the science not on sentiment or market price so I would expect no less than 20p and that can be done in the future later in the year if needed. That would actually generate confidence so not a negative and it would be a longer term hold.

The headroom requests were in our favour but not so sure about the options given SP performance so far and ones that are in place already.

Porky they have enough incentives in place. You're talking millions each for Kevin and Suzy above £1.

I am not keen on further options they need to reach the ones that are in place at the moment. If any were given to Adam it would likely be at the same prices as Suzy and Kevin so above 30/40p. Therefore 10 million seems excessive not that they will use it all.

Cash for 12 months or at least possibly 18-24 months subject to warrants, revenue and deals. 20 million headroom for cash suggests 201 will get done before any further placing is required as they will not raise enough in the single digits.

Best to wait for the presentation.

They requested 20 million shares. That means they can only raise 1 million pounds at 5p. They will know 201 is coming and possibly Hokkaido and some decent revenue. Barcelona news today is positive as there are more evaluations that they are working on here within 12 months. More potential.

The lab is to support our evaluation projects making it quicker and cheaper to evaluate. It's not a lab business in any way so not sure what you are on about.

If you bothered to read the RNS from 2 days back they stated 4 evaluations this year is still expected. We don't want so many compounds like DDDD and burn cash fast so they need one deal at some point and I think CLX will be one to strike gold in the next 12 months along with 201.

Regardless the resolutions are a hint of what is to come. Lots of news and a much higher SP. We have cash for at least 12 months as well.

Bearing in mind evaluation projects are valued at zero so this gives us more potential and more reasons why an institutional investor will load up here.

This again proves 201 will get done this year or at least we will get some big news. Like I said who knows maybe Stella might buy big at these prices after the votes and once BOD are voted in.

It will also prove Porky is not a buyer but let us see for sure. If he twists this then it proves he has other motives.

The smart ones will load up here. Long term plan to bring ii who will take this share price to the moon.

Remember they have just over 12 months to get those 30/40p warrants and the SP needs to be above that price for a decent period of time so I expect it will start moving soon.

I agree with 50p plus at least at the moment and 100p plus if 201 deal completes. I think it is a more likely situation at the moment with CLX being so promising and valuable. We are probably more likely to receive a takeover bid than a deal at the moment for CLX given our very low SP.

If they are negotiating with anyone at the moment they will just take us over and give us an offer and they will also get huge revenue from royalty payments from TRX deal if VAL 201 gets to market plus 65 million pounds.

If we get another SPV then it is more likely Valirx will be the ones to get taken over given how cheap our valuation is.

We will not remain at this price otherwise expect a premium offer of 30p plus for a takeover very soon.

Ignore Porky he lost all his money on DDDD. Numerous wrong calls in fact around 100% and has always made wrong calls with VAL. Placing every month, resolution 4 to be voted for, PYC collaboration, making up lies from Cenkos reports and what people like Stella have said and the list goes on and on.

The BOD are all confident of 201 and it can't be long now. Two evaluation outcomes due and possibly lab contracts or 301 news as well this month.

All for 9p when we should already be 30p. This will turn big at some point but it will be too late to buy.

TheoremRx has built a broad portfolio of novel drugs targeting unmet medical needs in large market indications where it will advance each asset to partnering and licensing to global pharmaceutical companies. The US based company operates out of New York, NY and Montreal, Quebec.

Great points but really at 9 million market cap it's like a free investment given all the other products we have and likely 2/3 in SPV and more evaluations to come. We should be multiples higher even without 201.

Even if you conclude 50/50 with upside of a few 100% just for 201 then it's just amazing people need all this to seriously invest at these prices.

They are anticipating 4 this year. All will be evaluated in house in our lab which will save time and cost. so 4 more in the next 6 months so one should be due very soon..

I can see one or two more SPV similar to CLX coming through this year. Eventually we will blow especially with any deal but we will not be 10 p when that happens.

Our target is to identify four evaluation projects to enter the pipeline every year, and with our new CSO now available to help source these opportunities we anticipate this number being achieved for 2023, building from the three during 2021-2022

Agree and you can only say that after 2 years if the majority of the fundraise is complete or agreements are in place.

Many are waiting but if 201 comes we will open at multiples of our current SP when the market opens. It's valued at zero and even then we should be considerably higher by multiples even without 201.

1) uncertainty regarding buy and build removed.

2) Cash for at least 12 months and much longer when revenue comes from the lab, warrants exercised or deal payments.

3) 201 officially still on and expected to complete.

4) 2 evaluation outcomes due this month. Each one is worth at least 10p. Agreements with leading universities.

3) CLX already worth about 20p.

We are due lots of progress reports/ deals plus new evaluation compounds to be added to our pipeline.

A great buy at 10p = 10 million market cap. Potential to 10 bag in the next 12 months.

Almost zero risk from these prices so risk to reward is outstanding both short term and long term.

Nobody will be mislead. More news due this month so an easy 50-100% imo with no real downside.

At least 8 RNS due before any more funding needed and so what if it was done at 20-50p range next year when you buy at 10p.

The value is buying at these prices.

201 deal officially on as per RNS today. Already delayed but will likely complete. If it does we move to 50-100p range if we have 2/3 in SPV which is likely this month. Cash for at least 12- 18 months minimum. Two SPV to announced this month.

We will be 25-30p when further cash is needed fairly confident of that.

Efforts continue to out-licence our clinical assets VAL201 and VAL401 but, disappointingly, we have not yet concluded out-licencing deals. The Letter of Intent with TheoremRx for VAL201 continues to be exclusive at this time as we still expect their funding efforts will progress to a conclusion, albeit more slowly than anticipated.

That was the old management. Finances have been well controlled with the current BOD. No clinical trials adds huge value for shareholders as more deals get done and less placings.
