Fair play to you. My view based on the Cenkos note is that we got cash at least until later next year or possibly until 2025 depending on warrants, revenue and deals. I do not see them dilute us at low prices when they have flexibility.

We only have 100 million shares and even if it dropped 1-2 p we will still go above the current price. Therefore given all our products, I don't see much risk. With so much news due it's possible we are at the bottom.

I agree BOD needs to give us a clear direction of where the SP is heading and it's about time they focus on getting the share price to fair value which we all know is higher from the current SP.

Anyhow, everyone has a different approach to investing so fair enough if you want more certainty. Most here are trying to buy cheaper by making up stories but I guess it shows the value on offer.

100p is a 100 million market cap or 200p is 200 million at the moment. So if we have 2/3/4/ in SPV you would think at least a few would get to late stage preclinical or we could get an early deal in the coming months for CLX. That will attract huge investment just like SAR did two years back.

I did exactly that. I have been buying small amounts since last year. I started buying 3 years ago from 8 p so I have a healthy average.

Shorter term anything can happen but still at the current price I just don't see much downside with what we have. I still think even at 30 p we are cheap even now and I would buy at that price. It says it all maybe I am crazy or maybe I am a few steps ahead of you.

We can moan come June. This is a big month with lots of news that is due. All Suzy needs to do is highlight her goals in regards to the share price and how she intends to get it moving.

Our market cap of 9 million does not really take into account any one of our drugs or potential value of our strategy. This will all change in a big way and I don't see any downside. When we get the full safety data for CLX in the coming weeks or months that will likely multi-bag us alone and attract large investment at this market cap. It all changes so those buying here would be doing very well in the medium to long term and maybe even in the short term for this month only.

For me 201 needs to be resolved but the real value is the pre-clinical strategy. I based all my calculations on that and I see 100-200 p in the next 18-24 months but depending on if either Barcelona or Hokkaido is decent even if it's not we can go very far just with CLX and the lab and new evaluations and maybe 301.

The lab will help generate revenue which will attract institutions and with only 100 million shares we can hit 100-200p very fast with some decent outcomes.

The big deals nowadays are preclinical deals and VAL seems to be getting the best ones. Check out CLX and the video posted on that. Barcelona/Hokkaido look promising and It would be amazing if we just got one of those.

We have so many options to multi-bag. Cash until at least 2024. Even if it just had 130-140 million shares it's not much if we get a deal or late stage pre-clinical then it still goes to 100-200p plus with a bit of luck BUT the next placing must be done at least 15-20p range and no less and they have a long time for that to be done.

No medium to long term downside imo and risk is very minimal. Fake drop due to the last minute 10p placing last year. The actual value of the company should be far higher.

What the past management did is not relevant so stop comparing to that.

VAL does not deal with clinical trials so will seek a pre-clinical deal. That will likely be 10-100 million upfront payment plus milestones of 100s/billions. Our market cap is only 10 million.

Therefore upside remains about 200p possible within 18 months imo.

VAL will invoice them every month for work done that does not mean if the financing was delayed that work would be carried on forever. Very simple. It does not state 10k a month on this RNS so wrong again. PERIOD the dumb idiots can follow you but clearly lack the ability to think just go based on what people say.

At 20p= 20 million market cap. 5 million equals 125 million shares. NOT even needed but just saying.

How many times would I do this to get to 335 million shares? You can compare against any AIM pharma really. Agreed need to reach late stage pre-clinical or get a deal but in 2 years we would be unlucky to use another 50 million. If RedX got to 100p then why not VAL.

This is why I say it's not so much about 201. If we can get a good outcome for Barcelona or Hokkaido BUT 201 is a huge bonus on top of all that.

Do the maths and use the common sense. You will see we are a good buy at the current prices. You think the outcome is negative well based on logic and calculations I would say the likely outcome is positive oh unless everything fails immediately.

Given we have cash until at least 2024 possibly late 2025 with revenue from the lab, 201 and warrants giving us huge flexibility then it must feel like a long and painful journey for him which will end in defeat.

At the time the deal was expected to be completed within 2 months so this work below would have carried on once completed. It got DELAYED. It's not 10k forever is it. The deal was expected to go through at the time but got delayed therefore has no relevance. Therefore 10k fees don't apply due to the delay but they would still owe a certain amount.

Fact is VAL has cash until the middle of 2024 if the 201 deal gets done then until middle of 2025. If 201 gets done we will be a high price anyway so they can raise a bit more at any point. Plenty of options and it all looks good.
