Exactly and many always thought he was deramping to buy cheaper. You don't go from investing in numerous AIM companies to never investing unless you lose it all. Valirx has had two placings since he sold and when one happens he just talks about the next one. Proves a point. He lost it all.

Well that comes when TRX and Valirx sign the deal. So many different steps involved. They will announce when completed and signed.

If they were still raising no way you would say the deal is coming this year which is very soon. No way TRX will suddenly make the website public with details or Tweets.

Key point SUZY always said TRX will not make any details public as it will jeopardise negotiations with TRX investors with all the clients they are dealing with. Clearly that stage has passed for all this to have been done therefore proves finances have been agreed at the very least.

Exact timelines are only predictions but outcomes are different as often based on logic. The current SP is a reflection that most people were actually wrong in regards to 201.

I never invest for one day or one week. Nobody can predict when it will come but I do believe it will come this month. I don't believe they will stretch it and I strongly believe finances have been raised.

This is exactly why nobody should listen to you. You are always wrong. I will explain something very basic.

Institutional investors will look at the balance sheet. They will want to see projections and revenue and ideally a deal. 201 gets done and Valirx are now in a position to roll out numerous contracts. Cenkos then steps in and brings them. They could not do that before because Valirx never had the foundations.

I always said Cenkos was a great deal for shareholders and probably the only person. The rest were seeing it as a negative. I said 201 will get done. I will get proven right that I am sure about.

They are not stupid. It will probably go mainly to an institutional investor. Big money for Cenkos 50k a penny from 22p. After the deal the company will have huge value with new compounds coming in, lab revenue, 201 deal and perhaps CLX update. Hopefully they will not need it though.

Oh i forgot to mention most of that tiny amount would perhaps go to an institutional investor introduced by Cenkos as they would have warrants from 22p. Therefore no real drop.

201 gets done. Market cap increases significantly. Even if we say 25/30p that is £25/30 million which is still very low. Obviously it can go to 50p plus but using low figures. Relative to MC our cash burn is less than 2 million they drop it a few pennies and because it is such a tiny amount compared to the market cap then it just gets accepted.

We can rest in peace. When 201 gets signed what will be will be but at least we will be much higher than this SP. You will not get a large drop for a tiny portion of the market cap now that the company actually has value and assets worth good money.

Well if such a notice is required and one not requested but 201 due soon this year then in my book it makes it even more likely 201 will be signed first and soon.

All it means is they have not signed the contract yet. It doesn't mean funds have not been raised. Confirmation TRX is working on many drugs on the website. News will come as it is based on progress. Clearly you have no money left to invest.

When news comes VAL will likely gap up from here to 20p plus and move quickly. Unlikely many will be able to buy at these prices. So much news is due on different fronts therefore those buying here will likely see great returns.

Cash burn is tiny relative to MC with significant potential so not concerned. If they need authority which is the case then very likely they will deliver first and come if needed for growth at higher prices if required.

Porky wants cash burn reduction. Happy to listen to him to show me which other company burns less than VAL but runs a lab offering full pre clinical services, has evaluation and pre clinical projects and clinical stage drugs.

Exactly my thoughts. They were very direct regarding 201. It is based on progress so will get done shortly.

The question is how they play it but we are so cheap that I do not care we just hold and I am sure our price will go up when the news starts flowing.

He says CLX is worthless. Adam thinks for the work done so far, the science and potential should be worth 20p. Porky states it is worthless until someone pays for it. IF we go on that basis then every single drug should be valued at zero and almost every biotec on Aim should be zero. LIkes of Synairgen should be worth zero and Avatca and every other company. It all gets priced in. CLX is a very novel drug which has shown huge promise.

CLX= 20p, 20 million

Lab= FUlly set which cost money, Imogen very valuable I would say 3-5 million but potentially 5-10 million once contracts start coming.

201= Deal secured including payments and potential then at least 30-50 million should be factored in based on some potential, trial results and funding for trials.

We should be 50p-80p after 201 signature but I don't to sound like a ramper so I will say 50p. For that reason no placing will ever happen at a significant discount at these prices. Maybe 1/2p but then that will mess up the options they want.

Valirx will get plenty of cash coming in soon and cash burn is low. Therefore we are good to move fast to 50p after a deal. The time to buy is at these levels imo.

You can say the same when the SP is 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 ,25p .

If 201 is being delivered before Christmas with payments and SP expected to go up significantly then highly unlikely. However, if they did and you were right then the discount would not be more than 10/15% so 1/2p. The deal should have a value of about 30p plus CLX and lab etc therefore it will make no real difference to the current SP.

I think they will roll out a few big name companies as clients for the lab. That would go nicely with 201 to create strong momentum. Now that opening is out of the way these contracts should be in the process of being signed.

The safest bet in my view is to follow the options numbers and above as the SP has to be stable above those prices. So key levels are 25,30,40p but as it has to be stable I think the SP will reach 50p before Christmas. I think Cenkos will get involved above 22p to make sure it gets past 50p with confidence and they will cash out.

We have an advantage here right now before news spreads to the market when an RNS comes. Then the real fun starts and we don't have many shares in issue.

Metom I think you will jump in at 40p. 10p before 201 is very cheap.

Easy 100/200% when signed imo. CLX is worth more than 10p.

BOD and staff have warrants at 25, 30 and 40p.

I go with the flow not selling any before those levels. So much upside with the deal completed we will not be 10p.

Forget Porky he has lied so much over the last 3 years. I could list so many points. He even makes up information from broker reports, what BOD said and makes up figures. He has some mental health issue after he lost everything on 4D.

You got to be pretty stupid to suggest that price. Our market cap is 10 million. We have value with the deal coming, CLX and a fully set up lab. Who would not buy at 9/10p for a tiny amount of our market cap. Don't be so stupid and idiotic.

Valirx has no reason to do a cash raise at the moment with the deal being imminent. We have cash until Feb and they can even slow down the burn rate by reducing work on R and D if they had to. I know this as a fact.

We will receive almost 2 million over 12 months plus significant revenue from the lab which should reduce our cash burn rate to about 1 million max at the moment without the deal but with the deal we could be cash positive 1 million plus. We will also receive payments for consultancy fees relating to 201. It was confirmed in the RNS last week this will be paid with the signature. Also we have a few warrants at 14p and 22p Cenkos will likely take the 1 million pound warrants. We will therefore be significantly positive by millions if it goes to plan. Our burn rate is very low.

The deal is extremely likely to come soon. They will not leave a large gap between presentation, Tweet, website so it is coming very soon I suspect within a few days.

201 is not priced in. We could open at 25,30p and then double from that price. Downside is very, very minimal and temporary but upside here is anything to around 70p with a 90 plus percent chance of the deal coming first or some lab contract

I am giving an estimate. Royalty payments through sales if it gets to market and then the 65 million as well.

The actual details will be in the RNS. Regardless some of that gets priced in. Collectively for everything we have I see no reason we should be less than 50p once 201 is signed.
