Our cash burn after the lab revenue this year will likely be between 1-1.5 million. No more imo.

We then have 201 money and about 2 million pounds due over 12 months. Takes us to cash positive.

Warrants from 22 p with 1 million pounds due. Also a few at 14 p.

Therefore we are likely to be cash positive. Our first deal. The market cap could hit 50 million with cash burn only 1-2 million. Pretty impressive and a great time to buy.

Valirx hit 74 p when 201 results were announced.

When the letter of intent with TheoremRX was signed we hit 65 p but that was without funding.

We were then stable in the 40 s without CLX and the lab. Delays after delays caused us to drop.

We should be 40 p right now before the deal announcement and with CLX and lab fully set up.

Our cash burn is very low, risk is low and with new compounds to come and with the 201 deal the upside from here is huge.

Decent chance of getting between 30-50 p with the completed 201 deal.

BOD and staff will want those options at 25, 30 and 40 p. Follow the money they will play to get it to 40/50 p in my opinion with lots of other news due. A great time to buy.

We only have 100 million shares in issue. Once the announcement comes to the market the demand will be high. This is just the start as Valirx had dropped from 40 p due to 201 delays and that without the signed deal.

We are one step ahead. Hopefully a move to 20 p before the announcement. Then we start moving to the 50 p range where we should be imo.

CLX001 valued about 20 million.

Lab soon to generate very significant revenue.

We also have 401 and 301 that could come into play at any moment.. Another one or two compounds to come soon as well.

201 is currently priced at zero. Valirx spent 10 s millions developing this drug with excellent results. Our first deal is on the way and this will change the company forever and attract decent investors.

A great buy at these prices. 50 p plus is very possible.

Yeah 6 million only if VAL generates 100 million in revenue in the future. The upside is here PYC only get 60k if the deal completes.

The licensing deal will trigger significant payment for Valirx.

Key point watch out for Cenkos from 22 p. Once the deal is signed Valirx has value and a deal and a few pre clinical contracts then we may see Institutional investors. I think the next few weeks will be very busy and this is just the start.

My calculations show me Cenkos makes 50 k per penny from 22 p. They will come with everything they have to take us where we should be above 50 p in my opinion just makes sense.

1) Deal for 201 imminent. Our first licensing deal in our history.

2) Lab is now fully set up and awaiting major contracts.

3) CLX update.

Estimated MC I would say 20 million for CLX at this stage, Lab few million, potential for 301 to come into play and 201 licensing deal including potential should add about 30/40 Mcap. We should be 60/70 p but happy with anything above 50 p.

Don't forget staff and BOD have options at 25,30 and 40 p so a great hold until above those levels.

My bet is this week or next week. They would not leave a big gap from presentation, Tweet and website.. Think about it.

Well two things happened yesterday after the presentation last week. The Tweet and website. The timing of that would have been planned.

I think the deal will come this month imo. I said to everyone last month in telegram it will likely come last week of Sept or first week Oct but people were calling me deluded for believing 201 will happen let alone the timing. We shall see.

That was only because the majority felt 201 will not happen and were frustrated.

I don't see any sellers below 20 p at least. I mean we have a long way to go before 201 is even valued.

Not when 201 is happening. If the deal happens they stand to lose little selling at 10 p but could lose out on a huge rise.

Fair value is no less than 50 p once the deal concludes so at some stage that will reflect imo.

With revenue shortly coming from the lab our cash burn will reduce to 1-1.5 million which is tiny.

201 will give us about 2 million pounds over 12 months. Plus we got warrants from 14 p and 1 million pounds from Cenkos at 22p.

I think once the deal is concluded and we go above 22 p Cenkos will take the warrants. If my calculations are correct they get about 50 k per penny from 22 p. That is big money so likely they will come to the party with large iis to boost the SP further.

BOD and staff have options at 25,30,40 p so another incentive to take the SP higher.

8 p with the deal is like a free run as it is only likely going one way.

Matters not. We have the presentation from last week with Suzy stating they have a certain degree of certainty that the deal will happen. Also the website yesterday and Tweet. Within the website they confirmed prostate cancer will be one of the areas they will be working on.

Those here are one step ahead of the RNS and the market. Maybe we can get to 20 p before the RNS that would be good.

Ignore Porky he lost all his money on 4D and has been bitter ever since somehow blaming VAL. If he really had money he would be buying at these prices not moaning. Just proves he must have taken out a loan or something. He has been wrong on every stock that I have seen him post the last few years and this will now complete the 100% cycle.

Remember when the RNS comes that will spread across the market but at the moment our market cap is just only 8 million. Val 201 is not priced in.

VAL 201. Passed phase 2 A clinical trials with excellent results. Valirx has been to 65 p and then 74 p just on this without CLX and the lab service. This time it is the real conclusion not just some trial results.

1) CLX001 is almost certainly worth more than our MC given the science/positive outcomes and potential of a huge deal at pre-clinical stage worth 100 s of millions plus large upfront payments. It has been claimed at this stage the value would be about 20 million based on the work done so far.

2) Our lab will be providing pre-clinical services to many companies. We have access to Imagen and with its unique selling points including numerous collaborations. Once contracts roll out in the coming weeks for this then expect it to be worth a few million for just this.

With the announcement of 201 we will get some significant payments plus lab contracts are likely ready to roll out as our lab has now been launched with several months of work/negotiations.

Once the news comes we can go anywhere 30,40,50,60,70 p I have no idea but at 8 million/8 p this is a strong buy with 201 not currently priced in.

BOD has options at 25,30,40 p so I am sure momentum will start and more likely than not we will get several items of significant news.

TRX were only to make the information public once all they had finished with all the companies and compounds they were dealing with. Suzy stated she has every indication significant news will come before year end. The websites, Tweet etc. Must have reached a conclusion just the final part to conclude.

It should be fairly soon. If it was months then the outcome would be somewhat different.

Reduction in cash burn don't be so stupid no wonder you get every investment decision wrong Porky.

The 201 deal gets done it will be the first for the company considering all the payments including upfront and milestone payments the market cap is likely to be 30,40,50 million whatever. 50 million market cap if they need 1/2 million at a later date say in a few months that is a 4% dilution.

They only burn 2 million a year. You exaggerate the figures to fit your own agenda because they spent some of that to purchase an asset.

Valirx will be generating revenue from the lab from now that will reduce the cash burn likely to just over a million. You lost all your money on a company burning 55 million a year and you worried about Valirx burning a million odd.

You were saying 100% no deal for the last 3 years including 100% 1 p placing. Give it a rest now. You were wrong now so you should walk.

From 8p with 201 not priced in at least it should be a fairly easy 100/200 per cent rise.

CLX is a very novel drug with outstanding early results. Currently valued around 20 million in Adam's opinion. The lab will generate significant revenue. That alone should be 25 million with all the other compounds at least and WITHOUT 201.

Our market cap is only 8 million.

201 Is currently valued at 0p when it should be worth 30/40p at least on its own . We could be looking at a potential 500% rise here.

The signing of the deal will increase our MC significantly. Our cash burn is less than 2 million but most of that will be covered by the deal. We will also be generating revenue from the lab.

8p is a great buy imo before the big news comes and spreads.

Guys strong momentum expected. Val 201 expected very shortly.

So many lab contracts will be flying out soon.

They will likely send out numerous RNS take it to 40/50p and get the options. They know they need 201 to get this money.

A licensing deal is very significant for any company with such a low MC. Potential 65 million plus early milestone payments plus lab with assets and CLX.

Gap up could be significant after the 201 deal is announced.

Adam's opinion was that CLX was worth about 20 million at this stage so 20p.

Our market cap is only 8 million/ 8p. The lab and 201 are not even priced in yet. When the deal comes this could move massively.
