No if 201 gets done as stated this year then no need. I think it will get done in the next 4 weeks. Besides we should soon move to the 15/20p range as 201 is not even priced in and possibly gap up after news. We will also get plenty of lab contracts shortly.

I wouldn't be surprised if you are trying to create fear to force people to sell so you can fill an order. I see no reason for your posts when not invested. Makes no sense.

Porky is desperate and he knows the value on offer. It smells of a strong agenda to me given he decides to post non-stop and is not invested or only has a few shares. If anything people are more likely to buy at these prices imo.

no clx is a novel compound and can get a deal at an early stage. lots of work has been done already. as stated once formulations are completed by early 2024 then a gigantic deal can land if they receive offers which i think they will. you said the same about 201 one week ago. what was it 100% a deal will not happen.

also it has already raised capital.

Therefore given the amount of news due on so many different fronts and the 201 deal with patience anyone who buys here is far more likely to see significant upside compared to risks. Market makers and de-rampers will play games but if you believe in the company you will carry on holding. Buying and selling and trying to predict next moves only often results in you buying at higher prices. Ask the guys that sold at 5/6p that thought 201 would never happen. Valirx dropped from 65p and a stable price of 30/40p before delays for 201 and CLX and lab coming through although we did have a small dilution along the way.

BOD has options at 25, 30, 40 p and Cenkos have warrants at 22p giving us an extra million pounds. The game will be played according to these figures in my opinion.

This was the figure stated in Adam's opinion many months ago who is a former senior AZ drug development specialist. Once formulations completed in early 2024 we could be in for a very large deal. Likely this could soon attract upfront payments considerably higher than 20 million plus huge milestone payments likely to be 100s million or even billions given how novel the drug is.

Val 201- Valirx has spent many millions developing this drug to phase 2 with excellent trial results. Larger trials are needed but funding to go all the way and the stage of the drug will price it into the market cap. My view when the deal completes shortly 30/40 million just for 201 potential.

Inophea lab- Valirx purchased the Imogen asset in liquidation which was generating millions previously but went bust due to high staff numbers. If I remember correctly they had about 30/40 staff. The company collected samples from patients over a number of years across wide variety of cancers and was able to build a unique biobank of human derived cells and provide services to the global pharmaceutical companies for preclinical screening.

"This transaction gives us significant lab equipment at a substantial discount to our budgeted cost for these items had we purchased new, with the cell lines and other IP acquired at modest additional cost. The team did brilliantly to complete this on a rapid timescale, at excellent value for the Company. We believe these services will generate near-term market interest and differentiate Inaphaea’s offering. Furthermore, the equipment, acquired at a fraction of market prices, will support both the new cancer drug screening services and Inaphaea’s wider business interests.”

With the launch of the lab I think we will quickly generate significant revenue in the coming weeks and months. Lots of RNS are now due following a successful launch presentation.

In view of this I believe once contracts start rolling shortly the lab should at least be valued at least 3-5 million factoring in potential but I expect this to grow significantly. PYC generates revenue of about 500k but the market cap is a few million. We also have a lab and collaborations. More staff might be needed as they grow at a later date.

We also have Val 401 which is a phase 2 drug. BOD seemed confident of a deal during the recent presentation, VAL301 which they have spent a few years developing. Any one of these carries potential upside of 10s million with news.

Fair market cap before 201 signed at least 20-30p. After 201 40/50 million perhaps more.

Pur cash burn remains very low at around 2 million. The deal when completed will likely cover our overheads but with further and further lab contracts and warrants should make us cash positive.

Nothing you can do to stop the SP getting to where it should. If it dropped to 10p many holders will just top up. When news comes if the company is undervalued then you are likely to see heavy buying from the US given the company involved in the merger is on the NASDAQ and 201 is the main or one of the main compounds.

We should gradually move up before news so I would think at least 20p in the coming week or two then with news expecting significant rises. We will also get lots of lab contracts which will also add to the rise. All of which are currently not priced in. Suspension pending announcement and gap up can also happen.

I have serious concerns regarding your mental health Porky. I do worry that you may tip yourself over the edge.

LSE really needs to safeguard here. Who posts for three years making up constant lies all day and everyday when not invested. Val has had two placings since and has been to 5p from 65p and you still are deramping.

Personally I think you are a concern to yourself and the CEO of Valirx.

Anyway when news comes for 201 deal VAL will likely head to 50p range. Big interest from the US will come and with only 100 million shares we should get back to fair value.

Val has cash until February 2023. They can also control cash burn by reducing spend on R and D projects if they really need to. Porky sold Valirx and put all his holdings in 4D and lost his money so now is bitter towards the company. His information is often false with fake figures and statements. He has been doing this for 3 years.

The deal is expected to complete within the coming weeks likely giving us almost 2 million pounds. Our cash burn is just less than 2 million.

No placing required for a long while unless they decide otherwise. Besides our assets have a value of about 30 million plus. With 201 we are probably worth 40/50p therefore 40/50 million. The company has value at such a low market cap so no discount if one was ever needed. Relative to our current market cap our cash burn is tiny.

More likely is a gap up as 201 is not currently priced. We could get suspended if the news breaks out in the US first which is likely and we could gap up on open at a much higher SP. Remember we have been to 65p and 74 p on 201 but the deal is a complete game changer being a potential deal worth a few 100 million pounds inclusive of royalty payments and 65 million if 201 passes trials and further indications.

Market makers dragged us down to create fear and get people to sell. They needed stock but the news is positive and our market cap does not take into consideration many of our assets especially the 201 deal. A great opportunity to buy with patience at these prices as the price should now start moving in anticipation and this is just the start. Don't forget we are very likely to get lots of decent per clinical lab contracts which really will increase confidence. From 22p we hand it over to Cenkos to bring in IIs and make approx 50k odd a penny so a huge incentive to take us higher.

Tree Shakes – if you hold shares in a company and the price starts to drift downwards, you need to check two things. Firstly check the date and make sure it is not ex-dividend day – your share price will drop by the same amount as the dividend, and this is fine.

Secondly, scour the news for reasons why the sp might be dropping. If you can’t find any good reason, then the chances are that you are witnessing a “tree shake”. When a market maker is trying to fill a large institutional buy order, sometimes they may not have enough shares. They start to gradually drop the share price in order to “scare” people into thinking the company has a problem.

Weak holders will sell up, and the market maker continues to drop the price until enough weak holders have relinquished their shares. The market maker then fulfils its large order and returns the share price to where it started. Be eagle-eyed for all news relating to companies you hold shares in, and you’ll be better able to spot tree shakes and not get caught out.

But also remember when the merger happens this will attract attention. Given the amount of compounds involved the EUDA market cap will also go up but previously they said 201 was the main compound. Not sure if that is still the case but if so they will all be looking at Valirx. It will just need one or two decent buyers not many.

Valirx only has 100 million shares. It will not be able to cope with strong buying pressure from the US if our market cap is still low. This could turn into an almighty rise.

The next few weeks will be very exciting then lots of RNS due for the lab opening. New compounds will drop in and when the SP goes up enough Cenkos will take those warrants giving us an extra million on top of all other payments.

It will give them access to the main US markets. They probably have funding already but maybe it gives both companies options for phase 3 trials or access to further cash for the other compounds they already have. Personally I always believed funding for 201 was agreed a long time and as i mentioned many times and as stated in RNS the delay would have been due to the other compounds they were working on.

Yes you are right. Phase 2A trials but they will conduct full phase 2 trials with larger numbers. As long as they have a deal and funding for trials then we are good to go.

At the same time it has dropped from 65p. The company was never correctly valued at 5p which is why you had no real discount during the last placing at 11p. I think it was like 1p. 201 is not yet priced in.

Now that the deal is likely to complete we should at least reach equilibrium, risk vs reward I would say 20p. Then if it completes it can go up 100/200 per cent or more.

10p is too low at the moment given the probability of the deal going ahead. SP should gradually increase over the coming days followed by big moves after news. Also lots of lab contracts are due following the launch so that is also due and the lab is not priced in either.

TheoremRX have acquired many compounds like Val201 that they can sell on after trials. They pay for trial etc but later on sell on to big pharma for huge money. They also apparently have access to significant cash as indicated in the article so it makes sense for EUDA. Imagine a deal for a phase 3 drug if it passes trials the upfront payments could be 100s millions plus royalty payments and so on.

He needs to be sectioned mate. I see so many clear red flags. Who posts for three years almost daily when not really invested making up constant lies, two placings have come and gone, Valirx has been to 5p, no ramps since significant money lost on 4D which is unusual for him, he posts with aggression and anger which is both persistent and disturbing. A troubled man. Go somewhere else if you don't like the stock and that for three years. Not normal and needs help.

The deal will cover the overheads as it is less than 2 million. Val gets more than 1.3 million so Porky is talking nonsense. More like 1.7 million. Porky has been posting false statements and figures here for three years as he sold Valirx and lost all or most of his money on 4D. He has not ramped up any stock since his losses when he was a prolific bullchitting ramper before. NYCT going to £50, 4D going to 180p plus, VAL going to 74p minimum, HE1 god know what etc. He got every stock wrong so a useless investor.

I think next week we should move to the 15/20p range before stability then the deal which should give us a significant rise from these prices as 201 deal is not priced in. The longer the deal takes to complete the more likely we will also get various other news including numerous revenue generating lab contracts.

As I said I expect them to go for the 1 million pound warrants at 22p from Cenkos as well, plus staff options 25,30 and 40p so expect lots of great news with 201 as well to build strong momentum. A great buy with a very limited temporary downside. Patience is always required but I like the risk to reward plus news is imminent on many fronts.

Upside remains significant 100,200, 500, 1000% it could be anything in the coming weeks.

Suspension pending an announcement sounds good. If we can get to 15/20p next week then given 201 is not priced and it is a company changing news and our first deal to avoid further rumours they should suspend until signed. We then gap up to 30p plus on open. Not sure about the rules but would be good in my opinion.

Surprised at the drop from 15p yesterday but that presents an opportunity to top up. it is clear TRX has the funds and just a matter of signature and a few legal things I would assume.

CRT has monitored progress. It is not just Suzy but also the entire BOD, I guess brokers would know as well and also the legal team. No chance of a conspiracy here. Suzy clearly stated that they had every indication that significant news would come based on progress. TRX seems ready to get moving now. Val will get enough cash to cover overheads for a while.

You want people to sell because you lost all your money on 4D and now you don't want everyone else to do well. I'll lose money because someone wants me to lose money. I don't think so.

The fact you have increased the volume of posts over the last week proves you believe it yourself. If not why bother and why do you even care if it was not personal and if you never lost all your money on 4D which somehow you blame on Val.

As for the value of the company, 201 is not priced in at all. Not even the slightest. CLX is worth more than double our market cap, then we go to the few other compounds that Valirx has spent millions developing that are still in work progress. They also have the lab with the Imagen asset which is very valuable and will also be priced once contracts start coming through shortly.

As I said I would expect a minimum 50p valuation after 201 signature not that I am saying it will go to 50p. Truth is nobody knows but I see huge upside. The deal is almost 99% likely in my view and very soon maybe this afternoon, maybe Monday or maybe this month.

Valirx has dropped from 65p. It was stable in the 40s before the delays and before the deal was completed but has since had CLX, lab, Imagen asset, Barcelona and work has been done to bring new compounds. It was never worth 5p so don't talk nonsense. If anything we should be 50p before the deal but we are where we are and when signed expect a huge rise.

You don't want to be out this afternoon or over the weekend. With 201 not priced in we could open straight above 20/25p when news comes before any further buys.

Also you contradict yourself. You previously used to always say Valirx was worth more than 74p even before a deal based on work done so far but now you are saying CLX is worth 0p. I think I stick to Adam's view as you don't know anything about compounds, deals and science. You may think you do research but you have a one track mind which is why you were ko'd in 4D.

Your right in that they may have wanted SP to go higher that is because the company was never worth 5p when it should be closer to 50p. It is a build up to big news. After a long wait I think now is a great time to invest at these prices before several news arrives including 201.

You ramp at 60p and deramp at 5p. Makes no sense maybe you buy on hype when the stock goes up 500%. See you at 70p.
