Here is the potential of where we can go in the coming weeks. I think given our SP we would have to gap up when the deal completes 100/200% before a further rise.

Current market cap= 11 million.

1) CLX= Opinion of Adam currently worth 20 million. Once formulation is complete we can get a deal by early 2024 as highlighted in the broker report. = 20p for CLX alone at the moment likely much more after news.

2) Lab/Imagen = The equipment relating to this plus potential based on previous earnings for Imagen = 3 million plus at the moment with any bit of news. Further news can take this to be worth 5-10 million. Remember they were generating millions in revenue plus had over 40 staff just that the cash burn was very high.

3) 201 = Phase 2A trials complete and when the deal is completed soon = 30/40 million = 30/40 p for 201 alone. GIven potential 65 million plus 10s/100s millions royalty payments for sales plus funding for trials then that is fair. Look at the market cap of other companies with drugs at phase 2 for comparison. Could they be looking at other indications? Val has spent 10s millions with positive results so 30/40 million minimum after deal.

4) 301- Val has actively been working on this for many years. Potential for news at any moment giving another 10/20p rise alone.

5) 401- Suzy was very bullish in the recent Q and A so a deal here could be likely. Another phase 2 drug and a deal could add another 20/30p to our SP.

Also staff have Options at 25,30 and 40p.

Cenkos have warrants at 22p.

Big incentive to see a significant rise. Expecting II to take positions around the 20-30p mark after the deal concludes. Great low cost strategy.

We should already be at least 30/40p but dropped due to delays and doubts. So when 201 comes we are likely to see big buying from the US given how undervalued we are and it being our first ever deal. Even 60/70p could be possible just like the previous two occasions with 201 news.

When we get news for the lab that is also not priced. Not much is so when a rerate happens it will be significant.

The difference being we are not 50p at the moment and only 11p. We have progressed in many areas so our fair price should be multiples higher already.

Completing our first deal will no doubt be transformational. At this SP as long as you are patient then potential rewards are fairly high.

We should also get some very significant lab contract news soon given it has been a month since the very well attended event.

I stand by my prediction of at least 15/20p before the big 201 news comes through which will likely see a significant rise given it is not priced in.

Maybe we will pass the previous highs from 201 news of 65p and 74p and why not given we also have CLX worth at least 20 million and a lab that will generate significant revenue soon.

I remember once when Adam said his calculations were showing about 80% success for 201 because the previous trials were done at low dosages. I think that is one reason why he believed so much in 201 and that it would have a decent chance of success and given how safe the peptide is then the chances of progress to phase 3 are fairly high. Getting to phase 3 would probably value 201 probably at least 200-300 million plus.

Offer for CLX on the cards? Could we get an early deal in the next 3 months for CLX maybe 10/15 million upfront payment plus 200 plus million milestone payments from TRX. It is very possible given funds have been raised by them and what a brilliant investment for them and relative to our market cap it could be huge with 201.

it is not 1.3 million but far more. just proves to everyone how you manipulate figures to suit your agenda. make up statements, twist facts, make up figures. since you lost all your money on 4d you have been doing this for 3 years on this board.

201 deal will get done. gap up to 25/30p and move to 40/50p given it is not priced in. maybe then with cash in bank they could ask for a small amount at a later date after more lab news.

the company has significant value and very low cash burn compared to peers. market cap undervalued with lots to come. even 9p would be oversubscribed but i am going 30/40p soon first. don’t forget lab clients could subscribe and trx and many others. 4p 0 per cent chance.

official deadline is not far away for the deal to be sealed. i would rather be in than out chasing at 25/30p plus.
