Momentum is likely to be very strong after news with various different pieces of news due not just the big 201 deal. Hint in the RNS last week it could be a large biotech company or two that could further lift us at some point soon.

We have been to 74p just for 201 trial results and 65 pafter LOI with TRX but both were false moves. The completed deal will be the real deal as it is a conclusion with a real outcome and payments and fundraise for the trials which is what matters.

It appears that the 201 deal is about to be signed. That will bring significant payments. Also the lab is fully set up to bring in revenue generating contracts.

Worth watching the first 10 minutes of the presentation. TRX has now also made public the website. Val only burns less than 2 million a year which will be reduced further when revenue comes from the lab very shortly as well.

Seems like they were working on many drugs not just 201. I would think all that work has been wrapped up hence the website and explanation for delays. They refused before but now it is public. More to come no doubt.

Just waiting for the announcement guys then time for the real fun. We are still only 8p with CLX and the lab so I am very positive at these prices.

I think the market will see how undervalued we are but we are one step ahead at the moment.

As the market cap grows to say 20p plus which is 20 million or more then cash burn is like throwing pennies at millionaires. This is why I said our finances are excellent we just just needed the SP to head to fair value.

I will hold all the way as my calculations tell me as the news comes and SP becomes stronger all negative factors will be eliminated. The danger is always selling early I did that with PYC recently but I know 201 will be big. Our cash burn is likely to be 1-1.5 million with lab revenue to come so if SP goes to 30p that is MC 30 million. Peanuts and a strong hold.

No other company I have seen with such brilliant finances and offers so much so once SP goes up it will show. We are likely to see a complete reversal.

Valirx doesn't need a placing when the deal completes which it will shortly. Cash burn is far less than 2.4 million as you include purchase of assets to mislead investors. Bad loser.

Approx 2 million cash over 12 months, warrants from 14p, plus lab contracts. The lab contracts should reduce cash burn to just over a million a year which is low.

Potential 100-500 million 201 deal if you include royalty payments and the 65 million pounds payment.

Many will miss it because it was never designed for all the fools to win.

Now we also have CLX worth at least 20 million. Also a fully set up lab offering pre clinical services. Our SP should be 30p/40p even before 201 signature.

I said it over the weekend Fred. I watched very carefully. No mention of them raising funds because it was raised imo. I am sure it was just a case of small formality and signature. The words suggested she was near certain and now the website. I believe next will be the announcement.

The deal is a potential 65 million plus 2 million odd plus royalty payments. It all gets factored in based on 201 I would expect MC of about 40 million and that without CLX and the lab and other compounds. We are still only 7 million.

We are 6 p because the market in general doesn't agree 201 will get done and has a one track mind which is just 201 and nothing else. That opinion has nothing to do with me. It looks like that will get proven wrong and I will get proven right. Where we are and where we should be are two different things.

It doesn't mean it cannot reverse as much in the coming months. It looks like you sold out and now you don't have the guts to admit you were wrong on 201.

The majority stated 201 will never get done but what fools they will look like when it does.

The outcome is binary. Either yes or no.

Yes that is true and I said throughout 201 will get done.

The end is what matters. The deal will get done. If it failed then I accept I was wrong BUT unlikely that will happen. We are not valued correctly and I suspect we are at the bottom with 201 to come.

I base my decisions on logic. In the end I will be right.

Valirx will get about 2 million pounds over 12 months plus consultancy fees immediately as stated by Suzy. PLus will be generating significant revenue from the lab now. The start up time has now expired and it is now ready to start generating money.

My interpretation is that the funding was successful so no placing required for a long while or at least until the SP is much higher with other news due.

We should be 30/40p right now even before the signature.

6p should get taken out soon.

I don’t spend three years on a stock posting day and night when I don’t see potential. I walk away to a different stock that I see value in.

To me he has no money and will never invest regardless of outcomes. Excuses I heard them all from BOD to 201 but if it happens then he will just find new ones. Truth being he lost it all.

Moving on I am certain market makers will punish the sellers by gapping up big at this SP when the news comes. It’s not designed to be easy and demand will be high with more news due soon after.
