Whilst we all focus on 201, what if Suzy and her team are negotiating a deal for CLX. It was stated it was an option they would look at.
So a potential 20 million upfront payment and milestone of well over 200 million where would we open then. 100p opening price. Who remembers when Synairgen dropped from 200p to 10p on open after failed trial results.
Well if 201 goes through and completes then anything is possible or if CLX gets a deal this could open above 50p.
The market cap is too low here and low enough for most to be caught out when big news comes.
Update due soon. It will be interesting.
I understand we are due a quarterly update from Val before Christmas but I doubt they can comment on the merger without news being released first unless they simply say they still expect the sublicense to be completed this year.
I think we will get news from EUDA today and maybe the update from Val tomorrow or Friday. Could also be tomorrow with the update on Friday.
Well yes Val has plenty of promising compounds and more to come. If TRX doesn't impress then they will never get a sniff of anything. All about building relationships and if it works both ways then it gets done. TRX investors might be happy with the medium term to long term and Val may want more shorter term capital from the deal.
Alternatively they take a stake in the company at 15p or above for further cash.
As long as we get it over the line but yes I think Val will push for different terms given SP has dropped and cash is lower than what it was 2 years ago so circumstances have changed due to the delays. If they say no then it could even be mutually beneficial to both parties so for example they can drop the $61million to $55 million for an extra 1.5 million upfront cash on top of what was agreed plus royalties. Works both ways and who knows.
For the deadline
stage 1 with deadlines : DD to be concluded
If it fails markets get notified within the timeframe that has not happened. If it passes it goes to stage 2 which is likely to be to negotiate with all the partners (Val etc) and complete legal work.
Website taken down on 30th calendar day. So i guess they have been on stage 2/3 for the last few weeks.
I cannot see the merger failing. Timelines still remain that Val will get paid this year so guessing merger should complete this week.
A great risk to reward as actually it looks more likely the merger is going to complete not less. Our market cap probably just factors in the 401 deal which was worth zero a few weeks ago and nothing else.
Lots of options for cash given our superb medium/long term value on offer. My guess is that TRX takes a stake at a much higher price giving us cash for a few months for some extra shares.
We are also due a quarterly update so hopefully we should move back above 10p soon. Great risk vs reward imo.
The fact you have come to the rescue proves I have a point.
I doubt you would try and counter me if I was not right. We all know how you operate.
Well at 15p Val is still multiples below where it should be, they make big money we sort out our short term issues and they get moving trying to make 201 happen. That is the worst case situation BOD should be looking at. Best case deal signed as expected this year.
The company is open to serious manipulation by TRX so they should have a stake at a decent price if they keep missing deadlines.
I can see many non holders would not want that but it would be the right thing for the actual people that hold the stock and own the company.
If the merger fails TRX should be forced to buy at least £500k Val shares at no less than 15p to keep exclusivity for 201. They have been responsible for the mess over the last 2 years and causing such a large drop in SP with missed deadlines.
Nothing has changed the deal is still on the deadline was for dd to complete and now this appears to be on track to complete soon as we have not been notified that the merger has failed. Therefore the drop is not justified.
Apart from 201 we have many projects worth multiples of our market cap so I expect anyone selling here to be selling at a large loss only to buy back much higher. Not exactly smart trading.
Not at all. You obviously can't read and understand the article.
Anyway no news is good news here so far. If Valirx felt 201 would not be signed this year they would have told us. My guess is we are awaiting final approvals before the news.
I'll go for Monday to start a huge Christmas rally next week over in the states for EUDA and here as well.
If it was bad surely we would have known and the outcomes would have been known already. Big news often comes on a Monday or Friday afternoon.
So basically you are saying BOD are lying when they say they will get paid when the sublicense is signed this year.
You are someone that was buying 4D from 90p down to 16p before It went bust when most others were selling, the largest holder was even selling and they were burning 55 million a year with no real cash and all you were saying was they had 10 drugs or whatever. Posting your buys on Twitter. An amateur investor if you ask me.
Val would be in touch with TRX and the fact nothing has been done indicates all is good imo.
I don't expect the LOI to remain the same. Valirx needs to consult solicitors to get it done but they will be well aware of timings it would all be to avoid a placing in the next 2 years. Obviously the time taken indicates that progress is being made but lots of discussions and agreements are needed.
Who knows what if we get 4/5 million upfront with 61 million milestones. We could gap up to 30 p.
Expecting an update by next week Monday.
I don't think she can answer such a question at the moment until EUDA releases that information themselves.
She may not know everything about the merger and documents it could be Stella who is dealing with that side of things. She might just get updates.
Well if you don't like it then find another stock that you do like.
As for questions why not just email the CEO? Again if you feel the answer she gives relative to the stage of drugs vs market cap is not good enough then look elsewhere. Nobody is forcing you to invest so I just think you got an agenda being on this board pretending to have saved money.
Your could have purchased at 3 p a few years back and sold at 74 p. Well do the maths on that will you. In fact it has had significant rises and falls a few times.
Surely Inophea is generating some decent revenue now.
Our cash burn was under 2 million if you take out costs associated with the asset purchase. With lab revenue it is hopefully about 1.5 million and hopefully will decrease much further.
The 201 money will come in handy with huge upside to about 100 million with a few decent outcomes. People often invest in AIM companies that burn 2/3 times more cash than the market cap.
Valirx are undervalued and the finances are fairly good. A good buy at these prices with 201 news to come in the coming days. We have been to 60/70 p twice with smaller 201 news.
