I think the best case is 201 is signed worst case we get a payment but obviously they can drop them as well but after all this time i don't think TRX will let that happen and so will pay up.

Placing as far as I know requires headroom therefore you cannot get forward selling. Therefore that is fine it needs news to attract the real buyers in the market so plenty of upside.

Well they cannot say but if he just said TRX update first then he knows what that will be. If discussions are productive with funders and with EUDA news released then read between the lines.

Obviously nothing is guaranteed but looks good. They received tax credit and can control monthly R and D cost so likely got enough until the year but cash for 201 will be very significant.

The point is plenty of news and we could be anywhere. To attract IIs they need a deal so either 201 or 401.

If 201 money is received then likely after both 201 and 401 imo. That would allow institutional investors to take positions which is I am sure the aim.

If they receive the cash for 201 then it will be very hard to get back into this anywhere near this price.

The best part is it is very, very close before we get that update. All impressions looked positive including recent EUDA news.

They are working hard as invested to get the highest price possible. It is way below what most long termers have.

They only need one deal 201 or 401. I think they could get both then this could be anywhere as not priced in.

The market cap is only 3 million. Milestones are 65 million and 2 million initial payments. Milestones get factored into the market cap when signed.

Then you got a 15 million deal worth for Val401. Add in CLX and other projects Valirx could well hit 20p before they ask for a bit of cash.

Cash burn is only just over 1.5 million tiny compared to where the market cap should be.

We could rise a decent amount when it goes viral.

201 and 401 when the market hears about it then it can get very sweaty here.

LWHL. Val has dropped from 65p if you look at the charts and actually the company has far more than it did then with CLX, lab and evaluation projects.

Sentiment and a huge drop in confidence due to 201 deal delays previously. It seems likely we will get significant news regarding two significant deals based on deadlines and what was stated in the presentation.

We are not worth less than 3 million. My personal valuation currently ranges from 10-50 million due to milestones attached to both 201, 401 and CLX all depending if both 201 and 401 can complete shortly. Getting the deal over the line will finally bring confidence so a long way to go.

Uncanny keep saying that. Nothing is guaranteed but you work on probabilities. They will likely try and build momentum first based on all the news that is due.

201 update/payment first and no placing before that is what I think I heard but watch for yourself.

Plenty of news. They will want the share price higher naturally so I think 6-10p range is fair is they can conclude a deal and obviously with 201 payment then any future placing could just be a guessing game but likely when the SP is higher than here.

The key is to look at the market cap and we are less than 3 million so it's fairly easy to get this up with news.
