Only a market cap of less than 3 million. Payment for 201 then this rockets and it looks likely based on the presentation imo. I am sure they had a good plan and TRX have not wasted 3 years for no reason so what is a bit of money to them. Also EUDA news on Friday and it is all part of the story and like they said 201 first.

Watch the presentation and decide for yourself to enjoy the 201 news first. We could be anywhere when the news comes out and the market cap is still low. It is due very soon so soon I got the impression it would be this month. If that does not go our way then we also have 401 due soon.

Now is Valirx time for a big rise.

2 decent deals in play. Surely a decent chance that one or both will complete or payment received in the next few weeks or this year and the market cap will look like peanuts.

Look at the market cap and deal size. But your choice as nothing is guaranteed.

Personally if 201 positive news comes it will likely do a few 100%. We also have 401 so 20p could be hit even if both are positive.

He has had personal issues against the company for 3 years. He repeats placing everyday of the year almost for the last 3 years.

With Val 201 this can go anywhere. Previous highs of 65p but we now have twice more shares but only twice more. The market cap is still very low. Obviously nothing is guaranteed so we have a backup in the Val 401 deadline early December. 2 bites of the cherry for a great rise.

Under the Option Agreement, Ambrose Healthcare has a 12-month period of exclusivity under which it may exercise the option to execute a global, exclusive license of Valiseek's VAL401 asset under pre-agreed terms.

ValiSeek has received an undisclosed, small fee, settled through the issue of shares in Ambrose Healthcare. Subject to the exercise of the Option by Ambrose Healthcare, the agreement details clinical and commercial milestone payments to be made to ValiSeek totalling a value of up to £16 million plus royalties.

Under the licensing terms, Ambrose Healthcare commits to completing development and commercialisation of VAL401 at Ambrose's cost.

Under this proposed Licence Agreement, TheoremRx will obtain a worldwide licence to ValiRx's VAL201 intellectual property for a novel peptide targeting SRC kinase targeting oncology indications. ValiRx will retain the rights to develop the VAL201 peptide for non-oncology indications, including VAL301 for endometriosis. Subject to successful market authorisation, the potential value of the deal would be in excess of US$61M plus royalties for the first cancer indication alone. Each oncology indication successfully developed to by TheoremRx will generate up to $37.5M of additional value to ValiRx. The proposed deal structure comprises payments on signature of the Licence Agreement plus fees and near-term milestones totalling US$2.2M

Yes that adds to the confidence for Val201. We also got the Val 401 deadline at the start of December. What a great buy at this market cap IMO.

It was stated in the presentation we will get 201 news first from what I heard. 2 deal news likely due first.

We could be 10p by then plus upfront for 201 could be significant.

Uncanny two deals, 2 bites of the cherry in the next few weeks. They also got tax credit.

Nothing is guaranteed but the odds are very good in my opinion from this market cap. The signs are that they will get payment for 201 but just my opinion based on the video. Everyone should view it and decide.

Further news due. This is an early entry price but the biggest rise will happen if news is positive for Val201 which is due soon. Based on the presentation it appears positive.

Val 401 deadline is also due before the start of December so two decent deals on the way if both are completed.

We have 2 deals pending and news due on both. We could be 5-10p or above by then so not a problem.

65p when LOI was announced for 201. Massively oversold. Now we are nearing two deals not even 1 and both likely to complete in the coming weeks.

Expecting a positive few days here before 201 news.

So ironic the news released on Friday from EUDA and TRX are trying to sort out the money with the bankers???

Certainly seems positive and it appears from the presentation news is coming for 201 first but watch and DYOR for yourself.
