A company can pick it all up with all the milestones attached and with deals if concluded and sit back and wait for huge royalty and milestone payments is successful without spending any more on it. What is 10 million to a medium sized biotech?

Not how it works Porky. If you really think CLX will be picked up for 60k then nothing has value anywhere. No point of spending for all that research and brilliant novel science the entire world will want it including large biotechs. It will not benefit BOD, Adam or others imo.

The cake is baked, and now they are just adding the final touch with the icing—almost ready to enjoy.

The valuation is only just over 1 million. I think everyone knows that is not where we should be.

Adam previously valued an SPV around the 10 million mark given the amount of work done at the evaluation stage. CLX is probably worth more than that right now. Potential significant milestones for 401 and 201 and other evaluation projects looking to complete very shortly.

We don't know for sure about 201 and 401 but potentially right now even a 10p sale would be a fantastic buy for any company and that is nearly a 1000% rise. Achievable as the situation is unique.

It comes down to strategy now. Is the new BOD really good enough or just the same?

Should really be the easiest sale in living memory of any listed company at this valuation given where the true value of the company should be. Will a deal come soon, immediate takeover or will it be a placing for 3/6 month capital with a view to selling an asset, getting a deal over the line or to sell the entire company possibly at a premium price for those willing to take a small risk. The worst outcome would be a 1.5 million raise with a large discount but the least likely I think given the current valuation and situation as that would sink the share price, likely for good.

It can be argued that the base value of Valirx should be between 10-50 million at present depending on 201 and 401. Some of the milestones would be factored into the market cap should any deal complete shortly which is standard.

Our valuation is only 1 million therefore a sale of 5 million- 10 million should be fairly easy.

CLX: Adam previously stated 10/20 million given how novel it was and all the work done at the evaluation stage and some positive early findings.

201: 2 million plus 65 million including royalties.

401: deal work potential 15 million in total for only a single trial as far as I know.

Each successful valuation worth approx 10 million was the opinion of Adam. We have some outcomes due shortly.

A buyer would have potential upside over 3-5 years of over 100/200 million including royalties all just for a few million. Given the medium value of a preclinical deal is about 40 million as far as I know just for upfront payments ignoring huge milestones and factoring in any potential commercialisation of 201/401.

A good buy for EUDA I would think.

He invested in 4D burning over 1 million pounds a week and now GDR soon burning over 600k a month with hardly any revenues. It is no wonder he is so bitter.

Moving on I think something is on the horizon maybe even tomorrow. Some sort of deal or takeover but not sure how they will manage the time and the cash left.

S and P 500 has been on a significant rise so a good time for EUDA to raise cash.

An easy sell at 1 million market cap. Look at CLX has real potential as well as other compounds.

It would likely go back to Cancer research if that was the case or another placing at whatever price.

They have to make the move if they want it and it might well be that they are. For them it is nothing if they successfully raise the amount.

Given the assets such as CLX, I am thinking how the board and Adam would be looking at this and they would settle for.

Thry can sell the company for cheap one would think yet lower the loses and get out. I would think they try for 10p in my opinion.

Different in the US if they announce further details which they likely will.

Suppose with that type of money they could take over Valirx with a decent offer given the potential of other assets such as CLX.

You want them to pick up 10s of millions if not 100 million plus shares after dilution at a market cap of 1 million.

Might be helpful if they participated in a placing.
