RE: Falling shares prices are driven by failing management and ineffective boards. Aren’t they? Or are shareholders failing companies?29 Jul 2023 10:29
Morning dilution fans, factor in whatever dilution you fancy, go wild, double the number of shares and half the value. The £3.70 is based on a conservative view of an single asset. They currently have 2 in the clinic, a pipeline of more. They own a platform. If you fancy being more optimistic, whip out RAHs 8.9 sales and see how large a valuation you can reach, study other licence deals and takeover values. Point being, all the repetitive drone about delays, placings etc do not collapse the investment case.
