It’s called business modelling. Play around with as many of those unknown parameters as you like. Use industry averages, use the examples that RAH fires out on a daily basis, use an 8.9 sales multiplier. Make some assumptions. $16 for 5ml of dox Vs $984 for 19ml of Lartruvo, so $3.2 per ml Vs $51.8

So, multiply your dox market by a factor of 16 for the price difference, then consider the expanded market given reduced toxicity and extended dosing. The potential market of $1bn quickly expands way way way beyond that....

Unlike ava6k, this was administered alongside dox and didn't expand the usage of dox. It therefore didn't expand the potential market as it didn't address the toxocity. Just got off the phone to Alan. He said missus miggins who is in the latest cohort sh@t herself yesterday. It was pretty explosive. She pretty much redecorated her landing hallway and the majority of her bathroom. They’ve marked it as a grade 3 AE but it doesn’t classify as a DLT so the search for the MTD continues. That's already happening and why they suggested they expect MTD 'shortly'. They'll already be planning / adapting as the data emerges. They won't explicitly RNS those things, especially while C6 continues, but they might include some detail when they announce the next cohort - my guess is we'll have another one.
