Can’t say I’ve seen anyone demanding. A couple of posters with suitable experience have said they want to see the data. Not unreasonable and it’s a bit odd for anyone invested here not to want to see cold hard clinical evidence that they’re sat on a gold mine. I also want to see the data, it’s more beneficial than seeing the same twatter extrapolations on repeat.

Anyway, back to the original useful discussion that is now being disrupted with the usual gormless tripe. RD, the AVA6k figures were from cohort 4. By cohort 7 the dose will be approximately double. Appreciate it’s a linear leap, but double the dox in the tumour would equate to straight dox. At that point, holy grail achieved, chemo without the side effects. Perhaps that’s one of the data points that have them belief that the MTD isn’t far away as at that point they’ll have cleaved the equivalent amount of dox. BITL, as you’ve said, suggests there’s some hidden positive data somewhere - the targeting is working well. I’d also like you to see the data, then explain it to me 🤩

1317ng/g was at a ratio of 125:1. Given the ratio of AVA6k dox to normal dox, there must be a calculation somewhere to work out when you’d expect MTD. Challenge being we don’t know how much is cleaved or have I missed something?

Reality is in the middle, the trial continues and we'll find out one day if we're going to be exceedingly rich, the emerging data shared so far is promising. Given an MTD hasn't popped up out of the blue yet, another DE is likely (incidentally good news) and the same discussions for a few more months. Marvellous. Are we nearly there yet? Arf arf arf.

Yeah crypto, he’s not the best. I did think what an idiot when I heard it live, it was slightly more balanced on a second listen, but still - pretty stupid of him to say on camera. I think he was disarmed by people being in the room. He’s shown distain for PIs in the past. They’re gradually understanding that they have a duty to shareholders no matter how annoying they are, but it’s slow progress. We can do better than Alan but that’s who we’ve got. I’d prefer him in a lab coat rather than a shumper. Completely agree, first deal won’t be huge, but validates the business model.

He was basically saying it’s competitive and there’s a risk of being too expensive. Lots of early stage biotech companies all claiming to be the next big thing. That’s why the phase 1a data is important and it gives some concrete cold hard data based facts to back up they’ll be the next big thing. At that point, it’s an easier discussion. As ever, it’s a patient waiting game.

That’s basically what they said... If there’s no news, they’re getting on with it. So in combo with them saying there’ll be news in the coming months, they’re saying there’ll be news when there’s news and if there’s not news, there’ll not be any news. Alan loves a tautology.

Baffyman, thought I was binned... Anyway, 2 months wasn’t my timeframe, it was Alan’s. That’s for analysis, never mind publishing and booking a slot on news at ten. Just so we’re all clear, are you also suggesting that in 3 weeks time Alan will be on the news? Not sure if you’ve been keeping up, but they’ve not found the MTD and completed phase 1a yet.

Best put me back in the ‘bin’ as I’ll not stop calling blatant ramps as much as calling out blatant deramping lies. Nothing bitter about it, I’m as hopeful as anyone and have plenty invested.
