I don’t think there’s much point assigning a percentage. Currently we don’t have a test and we’re already valued on the possibility it might not turn up, so that’s easy. We’re worth somewhere about 1.45.

Now what if we have a test. I agree, it’s not recurring cash so what’s it worth sat in the bank and how much will end up there.

Hundreds of millions of tests a month says Sir Al. Say 300m? 12months worth for starters? 3.6Bn tests. What market share could we get? 10%? 360m tests. What’s our margin? £1-£5? So £360m - £1.8Bn?
