Completely agree Rusty, it's a badly worded (deliberately!) ambiguous sentence, but I've no doubt they're participating to brag about how great they are. Why wouldn't you? If you'd had a few challenges (hence some delay) and you've managed to suss out how to get it to work, I'd imagine you'd be quite pleased with yourself.
