Quite a few on here added yesterday, myself included. A bit too early in the day unfortunately, but with market leading sensitivity - 100% in the infectious range - it was impossible not to get a bit trigger happy. I’ve zero concerns that I’ll not soon see that tranche in positive territory.

I noted that yesterday’s RNS only declared sensitivity in the headline. I’m guessing that PresAl is irritated by that 1 false positive and will now quickly sample as many people as quickly as possible to improve the already impressive sensitivity figure. Negative samples will be much easier to obtain. Meanwhile they’ll tidy the remaining paperwork and be ready to formalise everything within weeks.

I can’t see this being ignored by any govt. It’s a vast improvement on the competition. As noted, yesterday was a bit of a kicking on the markets in general so we held up well and should start seeing the lack of technical risk being fully unwound. It’s all about product launch and orders from here. For starters, our covfefe fwiends are still twiddling their thumbs waiting.

It’s insanely good. 100% sensitivity for infectious loads. Much easier to use so it can provide full confidence that you’re not infectious if you test negative. Why wouldn’t every possible place where humans gather want our test to be used?

Thought you'd be busy on your tax return. Yes, the market doesn't seem to care that they've just confirmed they've got the best test on the planet. Never mind, the good news is that there's still plenty time to buy in. If only I'd look at my charts I'd have been able to perfectly predict the price at any point in time. Lessons learnt... not that I care about the price today.

Spot on Beinthelead, the next phase is setting them loose in the real world and there's a huge advantage due to sample type. Sadly, we're a bit late for the Liverpool pilot, but if we had been, we'd have been selected ahead of Innova based on the fact that ours is the best by far. The Liverpool trial results would have matched up and Deeks would have kept his trap shut. Aaaaaah, what could have been....

(NDN, I was probably one of those that suggested 1200 to match PD, but that was on the assumed basis that Phase 3b was performed on the same sample size so we'd need 1200 real life samples. I was wrong and I deeply apologise for the clear distress you feel having been misled by a speculative comment on a public BB littered with speculative comments. Obviously, you could do your own ******* research for a change, but nonetheless, I understand the hurt you're going through and I can only desperately apologise once more and hope that one day you'll get over this hugely dramatic episode)

Ok, now the BB baby has been dealt with, I can update the adults...

Innova, and others, passed through the PD validation process in full. Phase 3a was 1200 frozen samples. Phase 3b was on a MUCH smaller sample size. Between 95 and 197 samples (67 and 157 ct<31) were used via Condor/Falcon (remember that speedy roaring success?) for an evaluation of 4 test providers.

We've MET previous PD requirements for Phase 3b.
We've also MASSIVELY OUTPERFORMED ALL OF THE COMPETITION at <31 ct.

Innova = 142/157 = 90.4%
LFDx = 62/67 = 92.5%
Orient = 67/72 = 93%
Deepblue = 121/133 = 91%

Abakta = 96/98 = 98%
