Jdt, it’s a valid question. I think anything in the U.K. is being strangled within an inch of its life with red tape on the promise of an £8bn contract. I think we’ll need additional capacity for Europe. It’s not clear, but then when has it ever been. In the presentation he spoke about demand in Europe but then also spoke of capacity being U.K. govt dependent. It’s a mess. PresAl needs to get the ink flowing, get capacity and start meeting the European demand and then the U.K. can just be a low margin bonus rather than the main deal. The £8bn won’t be guaranteed and as we know, they don’t tend to pay bills unless there are brown envelopes involved.
