With PD and their phase 3a freezer and MHRA needed to sign off for home use - looks likes we need a lot more than a quick registration to get to the U.K. market. Having listened to DC, I think now is the time to set sail for the EU. It’s clear that PresAl has been bending over backwards to tick every box and he’s jumped through every hurdle. Section 1.13(10) mentions a sterile swab solution. I’ve never seen a neater LFD than ours, it’s world leading in its sensitivity from a study equivalent to phase 3b yet we’re still sat waiting. If they’re not doing everything they can to help get it produced to replace the brain tickling Innova test then **** them. It’s fair to say that on reflection after hearing confirmation of what was obvious, that the govt are a bunch of obfuscating shysters intent on screwing British innovation rather than supporting it, I’m getting psssed off...

Or never. PresAl described the last RNS as a significant milestone. Registration in the U.K. means nowt until the govt do something and as we know that’s a slow, ongoing dialogue. I remember those hazy summer days, mid summer maybe, when I was expecting an update for test optimisation that never turned up. Confirmation of registration i.e. a bit of admin, probably doesn’t warrant a separate RNS. Increasingly convinced our next news will be manufacturing, OEM or a distribution agreement. (Cue PresAl to put out an RNS now.... hopefully this bait works....)

Good question Timster. The govt have a few billion and aren't aiming for that many. If there's genuinely that much demand, then you'd expect their UK ambition to be higher. It does bode well for Medusa though. If there are billionaires out there that fancy speculating to accumulating then it suggests they might have a decent amount of capacity. Still opaque due to their use of the phrase access to a supply chain, rather than saying they own that much capacity.

It’s not CE marked yet though scaredy... but yeah, once a market opens up, they can sell. It’s not clear where they’re getting their supply from though. They might yet turn up with 50-100m capacity

Premier Milton have said it, self declared CE mark is in the bag. Waiting for MHRA for U.K. and waiting for the first country to bung us a few billion to get an approval from an EU country. Medusa can’t sell anything as it’s not for home use, but they’re helping to progress this via their study for the MHRA. That’s for a CE mark for home use, not an innova/govt style home use.

In a nutshell, it’s all fine, under control and I agree with you, the next RNS might be sales, not a confirmation of registration with the MHRA. But what do I know? I’m no sujood...
