Howzaty, the thing not to like is the additional development costs with no guarantee of the no effort income you've referenced. They made plenty effort and sold peanuts previously. I agree with Poirot, there's no margin in it when compared to the Chinese tat. It has now become a vanity project and a victim of the sunk cost fallacy. They have the building blocks for other higher margin diagnostics products, they should focus their efforts elsewhere.

He also made a thing about non dilutive fund raising and that the data this summer would unlock this. So, with good data they raise cash via the pipeline that can be used to see AVA6K through with other candidates queuing up behind. As he said, it's pivotal for the future of the platform. Good stuff, can't wait for mid summer

I didn't mention any change in price, here's what I said:

I'm expecting a marl grey shumper, although navy stands a good chance. Otherwise, I'd expect the usual repetitive intro we've all heard multiple times before. This will be followed by a dry section where we'll hear the finance numbers that will reveal nothing about LFD sales or upfront payments. Next up we'll get the same AVA6k slides we've seen before, but with every milestone pushed back by a quarter or two. This section will be accompanied with plenty bullish statements, perhaps he'll roll out 'astronomical' again, but definitely 'transformational'. Finally, they'll answer the questions they want to, but none of the awkward ones that highlight any incompetence / naivety. There'll be no real impact on the price, but the MMs will play some games to try and make a few quid.

I'm not sure there's much of a trading opportunity based on the above. I think it'll be a rinse / repeat of previous information as we've not heard anything new.

Exactly Wiggly, it could offer a step change in flexibility and make it possible to tailor treatments individually. Perhaps higher dose initially followed by a longer sustained treatment at lower dose levels to gently finish the job. All possible due to the targeting and the options of longer treatment due to reduced toxicity. Long way to go as all the variations need to be evaluated, but this has the potential to be completely revolutionary in treating and beating cancer.
