Always nice to start a post with a complement before starting with the tripe, top quality stuff. So you think the values of a potential buyout are too high. A useful starting point would be researching other buyouts, rather than your own analysis of the business based on very little research. I won’t copy and paste it - I’m not the expert in that field - but as suggested read Myles’ note, especially the pages detailing a lot of deals for billions. Once you’ve done that, it’d be great to hear back from you. Until then, follow richar’s advice.
