Trolling the trolls is a legitimate hobby. They’re pathetically laughable. Or maybe they just really care for us, bless ‘em. It’s insane behaviour to spend time on a BB spamming a constant negative drone without an ulterior motive. Anyone could do it, it exceptionally easy to get a rise out of people, even brain dead Tel gets replies. Being a ‘concerned’ holder is the standard MO, the difficulty is that the ‘concerns’ are reducing by the day so the desperate nit picking becomes increasingly embarrassing and obvious. The Dx side of the business is profitable and Tx continues to make incredible progress. I’m looking forward to more detail being provided, but even if full detail doesn’t emerge until 1a completes I’m happy as ‘it works’ (tm). (Yes, I know Bein, you want data).

2mg dox - no change in the tumour, all mice dead
9mg AVA6k - reduced tumour, 90% survival
12mg AVA6k - further reduced tumour, 100% survival

12mg is a 33% increase in dose. They could have stopped at 9mg. 90% survival is amazing right? Not if you’re the 1 in 10 that ends up dead. They’re conducting a data rich trial to find out as much as possible to end up with the best possible outcomes. If DE5 & 6 shift the dial eg from 50% survival to 100% I’d hope you’d be supportive. They’re the experts, they have the data, they know what they’re doing. I’m happy to leave them to it. The sniping at the conduct of professionals running an ongoing trial is pathetic. People have died on this trial, show some respect to them.

Great reminder Bella. It’s sometimes easy to forget how incredible this could be - and anything that improves on dox is a winner, never mind an improvement on the mouse trial.
