DTW, I tend to agree, we’re in a potentially privileged position although due to covid it’s a popular retail share. There’s bias involved, but I’ve not noticed other aim shares getting fairly regular updates/mentions in the Midas touch or shares magazine.

I’d disagree about Thursday. Unless they have a fully cured patient tap dancing on stage I expect it’ll be the same impact as previous updates. It’ll provide more information but I’m not expecting anything significant. The next major inflection point is likely to appear out of the blue similarly to the launch purchase. One day a licence deal will potentially pop up, alternatively we rumble on and value will be realised alongside milestones.

Science Day to include presentation of the data emerging from the phase 1a clinical trial of AVA6000.

Avacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), a life sciences company developing innovative, targeted oncology drugs and powerful diagnostics, will host a Science Day for City analysts and fund managers on 23rd February 2023 to discuss recent progress within the Company's Therapeutics Division and hear from selected key opinion leaders in the field of oncology.

The event will include an update on the ongoing preclinical programmes as well as on progress in the ALS-6000-101 phase 1a clinical trial of AVA6000, Avacta's lead pre|CISIONTM tumour targeted chemotherapeutic, a modified form of the chemotherapy doxorubicin.

The keyword was flexibility. They’ve added a cash generative business. If they spot another opportunity they might add another. They might keep the cash for Tx. Bottom line is they have plenty cash in the bank, but continue to speak to investors, meanwhile Alan is writing articles about it. They’ll want more cash to keep AVA6k, there are several avenues to achieve that.

Worth keeping an eye on that liar though. Anyway, his pathetic posts were irrelevant to a good thread, so thanks all.
