The redesign of 1b was a subtlety missed - due to the no new news RNS. If they’d put that out as a separate RNS there’d have been plenty hype about shortening timescales and how confident they are. Same goes for ‘hot off the press’ 3996 news that wasn’t news but was put in a slide. A separate RNS for that would have demonstrated progress. Awful comms, genius science. They must have confidence of raising cash from their recent shopping trip, but until deals are inked, we’ll have to keep guessing and ‘topping up’ whilst the trolls allow it.

It’s reinventing the wheel. TD have already built a model and reach a higher valuation with a conservative CoS, no accounting for an expanded market and based on licensing.

I’d also be interested in the market size assumption, rather than reducing it, AVA6k expands the market. Broader range of patients, possibly for more cycles.

We’ll get a trading update ‘shortly’. They’ve got a plan, they just haven’t got (believable) timescales against it. They’re saying ‘mid summer’, but they said that last year and without a DE RNS we’re left wondering what the hold up is and what the impact on timelines is. It’s a fortunate headache not to find the MTD. Fortunate as it demonstrates it’s working, a headache as it’ll take longer. 3996 will soon be queuing up sharply behind. Despite the fluctuations, progress is being made, ‘top up’ if you fancy.

I’d classify it as interesting rather than useful as it’s about new drugs. CoS for oncology orphan status is very low, but that typically won’t be delivering a well known drug.
