AVA6000 continues to be well tolerated by patients in cohort 4 with a marked reduction in the incidence and severity of the typical toxicities associated with the standard doxorubicin chemotherapy administration. Typical toxicities include alopecia, myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting, mucositis and cardiotoxicity. Importantly, even at the highest dosing levels in cohort 4, equivalent to more than double the normal dose of doxorubicin, the typical drug-related cardiotoxicity of doxorubicin was not observed.

They’re different audiences. It’s a sensible shout from RD that if they’re wanting to present data at AACR then they’ll need to share the info more widely in advance. There’s no consideration of AACR stealing the thunder of the Science Day. The city folk won’t want the full technical detail. They want to hear it works and hear from a some KOLs about why it’s game changing. You have to wonder if they’re rolling out the KOLs and the red carpet as the major institutions are now getting interested. Alternatively, they might not present at AACR and wait until all the data from 1a is available before roadshows and posters. If we get an RNS saying they’ve submitted a poster, then we should be as excited about that, if not more than science day - which will then be a regurgitation for analysts.
