In the presentation on the website, the next step is the formation of the arbitration process in the next two or three months and then the claim quantum in December.

Ususal caveats apply... so probs add a couple of months on to that!

A very positive presentation…

Hmmm 1.74moz on 10% of the bhukia area… sneaky little titbit as to what they’re going to put in the statement in December. They’ve also said there is a min confirmed 7.2moz so that dispels any talk of going for 6moz.

Other thing I picked out is lcm have litigated 244 cases and only lost 11… that ain’t a bad hit rate.

Certainly gives the confidence to commit to holding for three years… December will be interesting…

Can’t recall if this was an RNS or interview, but mark said it was at least 6 months away… they only have one shot at giving the value they are claiming and need it to be both realistic yet maximise shareholder value.

Basically if they aim too high and can’t justify it, it will negatively affect the arbitrators view, so I understood this was the work being undertaken by LCM.

I think this was 2-3 months ago where it was mentioned.

Making whatever figure it is watertight in its logic is key.
