Looking at the share price over the last year (climbing 470%), this suggests a degree of what you've suggested @prof.

But I think with that knowledge of the TOI, there will be some reading between the lines and there would be some movement in sp. In order to build the momentum heading up to 5-10% of claim value, pricing in a risk of failure, I think we would need that quantum to be rns’d.

I think the ceo certainly knows what he is doing, and appreciate it is a small raise in the grand scheme. I suspect he has timescales in his mind that he’s working to and this was the minimum he felt he could get away with..

Seems a measured amount, but i dont think the timing is great. If we managed to wait until the letter of arbitration was in, i think we would have diluted less...

Ah well... tis what it is... next news really needs to be positive steps on bhukia for me.

What are his thoughts on the planned (or already past) auction of the bhukia license, and will the selling price have a bearing on our claim size or, given in the interview with PA he said the letter is ready to go, have we already assigned the value we feel is fair value?

Whoever proposed that the Indian elections had a bearing is vindicated in mark said the minister for mines was only announced a few days ago. Looks like they’re giving this one guy a shot to resolve, but clearly that LOA is gonna be sent at some point and there’s little faith the minister will deliver a resolution acceptable to PAT..

Didn’t suggest any dilution at this point, and seems dilution is gonna be a last resort.

Yeah there’s some decent sells today…. The drop was such I had to check I’d not missed and RNS! Thought it might be @Nelson moving it all into EUA 😛

Combine my frustrated muse with @jarv55's comment just before my post, and this is example A where the company can just say that whilst the contents details remain a trade secret, we are happy with the contents and are working with xyz to do abc.... then i think we would all be happy that progress is being made.

The speeding ticket rns is all negative and doesnt suggest we are moving forward at all.

Roll on the agm as this cant be silenced...

Now... i think the reason this is getting my goat is that if the company used the system of RNS's to let us know their progress rather than only issuing an RNS to say what is not happening, then we wouldnt have to speculate like the last week.

I was understanding of the head below the parapet approach until today... where once again ive lost oodles of on paper cash because of this lot...
