Strong announcement even if the numbers could not scale Q1 last year due to the outage which has now been corrected. With the way things are Q2 will be very strong due to oil price and increased production coming at the right time, Still looking like we will close out debt by end of this financial year and be in a net cash position which is unheard of for many oil and gas outfits so will be interesting to see whether they continue to hike dividends going forward OR look at M&A activity.

Great news and expecting the updated JORC within the next week or so as it is now a spreadsheeting exercise for the external consultants that put the additional results in as he did state that all had been so far incorporated in last RNS. Still expecting based on strike length, width and 30 mt depth our 43mt to go to around 80mt and a fraction higher grade due to beehive grades higher than other 2 areas.

The JORC will then drive the financing as noone will hand over or sign for money without an external validated consultant JORC.

Takingmytime not so sure on the getting to the point of shrugging the war off as the impact of higher oil prices for longer tends to be later and on top of that a large proportion of the worlds potash goes through the straits and that is not being delivered to farmers and they are currently seeing a huge spike in fertilizers and again there is the time lag between food prices today being effected and in 6 months due to fetilizer and diesel costs. So personally i am cautious and i know several investors that have been selling down on the spikes (all stocks) and they all tend to be people in the late 50s up to early 70s as they have seen this before.

Interesting point that they mention that the current assay results have been included in the modelling already. Thats good news and be interesting when we get the last results and can imagine the JORC will be soon after or the same time.

99 she is not an employee of the company. They outsource there IR the small AIM outfits and i presume she is either a standalone individual that does this OR part of a IR group.

Cuckold - Dupax a no goer, Runo extension plan a no goer, The strip ratio and grades at Runo were bad in Q1 and good luck in getting to Q4 or what was stated as Q1 next year as cannot see it, Abra being mothballed and not the companies fault but still not going to happen.

Unfortunately DB and MTL have just not had the run of luck that could have been. La India will hopefully change that but that is later this year and reality next year when in full production mode.

Also has there been mention that they are now doing there own assays at the in house lab in Nic?

Liqmyace the issue i had with DB is that he was so bullish on a couple of areas that completely tanked in the last 12 months. Yes he does have alot of skin in the game and at times i think he has treated MTL as his own personal fiefdom rather than the CEO of a listed company with obligations on what is stated in some of the videos etc to its shareholders.

Not here to argue who is right or wrong but people are entitled to views either way and something that some individuals on this board dont seem to like. I want La India to get to production as i mentioned previously the grades are extremely good and with a low AISC it is a cash flow generator but i am now willing to wait to buy back in at a higher price but with substantially less risk than today.

How do you get to £10 through results????

Liqmyace - you are spot on with all those items BUT the fact remains that 2026 is not a growth year for MTL outside of proving up more resource at La India. I am sure i am not alone that the doubts about DB mgmt and the only thing that will rectify that is La India plant operational and producing gold unless he pulls a rabbit out of the hat with something utilising the Runo equipment.

The £6 target that many people have been pondering is not far away.

Lee thanks for the FCF points and can see that as long as we can keep producing from Runo and get the FCF over the next 2-3 quarters there will not be an issue with getting La India up and running.

For the LTHs genuinely wish you the best for year end and a go live on La India but i just cannot see any movement in SP this next 6-9 months. Hope i am wrong for your sake. I do believe in La India as the grades are astonishing and at gold anywhere above $4000 will see a significant uptick in SP especially when you get north of 100k ozs a year production and why i still follow MTL but after the Dupax RNS i lost some faith in DB and to restore it want to see him get La India to production by Q1 next year.
