Therefore no news as it is all driven on the MRE which will allow the increase from 43mt at circa 5% and 15 years to 80mt+ and 30 years+ and the 5% will go up to 6% plus due to the higher grades at bee hive.

The increase in the mine life is highly likely what is required for the financing deal and that relies on beehive results being factored in at the moment. I would suggest as someone in the thread mentioned that alot of news will come at once after beehive final assays are updated in the MRE.

So to wait another few weeks is no big deal but gives plenty of opportunity to keep topping up these levels as the market cap at £40m odd will be a multiple if/when this gets to production which is driven by a funding deal either by the americans/europeans and if they stuff around then the chinese i am sure will stump up the petty cash for a long life graphite mine!

Tyler i still think that if this conflict and uncertainty can end in the next few weeks GMS will still be an outstanding play over the next few years but the unknown is how long this uncertainty is going to last for and with a deranged head of state in the US anything could happen.

Tyler i think until this conflict is over and GMS is able to go back to the majority of there work which is middle east based and in the areas around the straits i think there will be a large impact on the 2026 SP and profit position and where we had hoped we would be by end of this year with 100m net debt and EBITDA at 120m which would have had a SP above 30p with the associated dividend which has now been held up and rightly so.

Unfortunately for me i have decided this is it with GMS until the conflict stops as the ongoing impact for GMS could be months.

No surprise on the delay of the dividend with what is going on in the middle east currently and the impact to operations of not just GMS but a raft of companies based out there with lay offs galore at the moment i hear in dubai and abu dhabi.

Definitely agree that stockpiling should be now happening as part of mine plan to avoid this happening in the future. Most oz mines i have seen have 6-12 month stockpiles of ore due to unforeseen circumstances and surprised that Atalaya did not have this in play.

Still wanting the permitting of Touro announced as for me that is the game changer in where the SP should be.

Glad you said that as at 5.89usd a lb we were above 9.50 a share previously and still struggling to get above £8. I do think the permitting of Touro and a timeframe for first ore is key.

The market obviously thinks the hike in diesel prices will hugely effect the EBITDA of Atalaya and i can imagine it would impact it to a degree but not to the level the SP has been moved down too.

Mark i dont think 30p is unreasonable in a 12-18 month timeframe which would only be a market cap of £180m especially if longer term goal is 175k tpa in 4-5 years time. IF and it is a big IF they can get funding for Phase 1 and 2 and deliver on those phases £1 a share is not out of the question by 2029/2030 when production really ramps up and the supply squeeze in graphite will most likely see graphite prices significantly higher than they are today.

Relatively new to Blencowe but one thing that has stood out is that very rarely you see for a small miner the mgmt team stay intact from the original license acquisition to obtaining finance and into production. Very unusual indeed and a credit as to where they have come from since 2019. Outside of Blencowe being bought out do any people have on here what they are hoping for in the 1-5 years share price wise and a reason why?

It is low capex so surprised it is taking so long to get over the line but jurisdiction of Africa would not help. I am sure if this project was in a Tier 1 jurisdiction we would be multiple of what we currently are

Thanks LW for your response and would agree for the main part and lets hope that MR is true to his word that they have had discussions with a variety of parties and this is not just a sales pitch. Too many mining CEOS state they are in discussions with alot of parties and never deliver and i hope that MR does not fall into this category. To date him and the mgmt team have delivered.

Fortuna i have loaded up with an amount i am happy (or not ) that i can lose but there is part of me that can see the huge potential of a 200m+ market cap in next 12 months and then multiples of that in 2-3 years time. The thing holding me back is financing and there ability to get that over the line. The graphite is obviously there and in multiple locations across the license - the question for me is can this mgmt team get the funding to get this to production? Still not sure on it and the lack of interest or bounce back in SP makes me wonder whether the bigger boys are waiting on the sidelines for more definitive news as other rare earth companies have over the past few weeks held there ground or gone up that are close to production.

In all fairness to them most labs globally are under the cosh and it is taking sometime to get results even in australia so not sure where the labs are for the beehive samples and where they need to be flown too.
