Jam i think you have valid concerns and i for one am glad you have raised them as there is a definite uneasiness around the funding and when this is likely to happen. IF the response from the IR company for BRES was correct then the silence from Mike is actually due to him closing out funding arrangements while also working with the consultants on the JORC.

I definitely think they needed to up the size of the project to be greater than 15 years mine life for funding especially when other graphite plays in africa are multi decade resource size. That will come shortly the upgrade to number of years BUT the unknown is whether that will be enough to get the funding over the line.

The other issue is that 2026 currently has not been a good year for graphite and over supply so there maybe that concern from financing bodies about this but the only caveat on this is whether the chinese limit exports OR there becomes a western approach of only buying from non chinese sources. I think the latter but the demand for graphite is only going to increase over the next 3-5 years and all current reports are showing this.

I do think if we have not had a definitive statement by end of Q2 about what is going on or even one of his videos then i think being suspect will be valid but until then i await the JORC and hopefully that expands it to a 30 year + mine life and this will drive the funding.

Quite interesting that when you look at Seplat target outputs of 200k boepd and >1 BCF/d we are looking at revenue well in excess of £4bn with an oil price of $60 a barrel and using current gas prices - Current market cap is £3.6bn! The potential growth in Seplat is still there and they have delivered to date and can see why there is upward pressure on SP not just because we have $100 a barrell now.

I maybe reading this wrong but if we close out debt this year we could be looking at a significant hike in dividends next year unless they decide on a corporate play.

Iv - personally the MRE upgrade a few weeks ago in my opinion de-risked the fact of "the gap" so any further reserve upgrades will not have the same impact as production output guidance showing 35-400k ozs for 26/27.

Yes we will certainly get to the 500-800k oz range but that is 3-4 years away in my opinion with dual underground high grade loads from Telfer and Haveiron driving that large increase in production output. Then we will be looking at £15 a share as would expect dividends and a corporate play with excess cash by then.

Mercedes man - as long as gold holds these levels then the key driver is production output and i would like to think that 400k oz a year will get you your £10 a share as long as gold holds and aussie dollar does not continue to strengthen against USD and AISC stays where it is.

I am more interested in the Tantalum play than the lithium as there are bucket loads of Lithium mines in OZ and across the planet about to open up next 12 months but Tantalum is a different ball game for chips and supply is tight.

The announcement the last 2 days did not fill me with confidence in the financial management of the company where we are paying bills in lieu of shares and then doing a fund raising the day before. No issue with the fund raising but surely the timing of this could have been done when the SP was 16p 2 months ago and we knew we needed the cash!

Delays on delivery of numbers is also a concern. Will continue to hold and see what drill results and MRE they release in due course and make a call from there.

From a chartist perspective what are the key target prices from an upside and downside perspective? anyone help with that?

They did 153k boepd in April average and Q1 26 and 25 was 129-131k range. The result for Q2 if this oil price stays at around 100 a barrell will be a huge uplift in bottom line free cashflow. Can see why the price went up today disregarding the downtime in Q1.

Stringer so you think we will go 4 fold (£160m market cap) in two years with phase 2 production which is circa $50m EBITDA / £37m. I would suggest IF they can deliver to DFS specs or come close we will be more likely £250-£300m range for end of Phase 2 with further growth being underpinned by getting to end game over the next 3-4 years post that and more likely a £1bn market cap company. The reality is the 1 in a 100 penny stocks do get there - look at GGP which is now a market cap of £4.8bn but has taken more than 7 years to get there and got lucky with timing of gold run and taking over a large mine. The bet for me is that Blencowe can do it as it is early on in the Graphite get to production play and also the % out of the ground is decent at circa 6-7% - not a Balami at 16% but still good and we dont know whether the yields the deeper you go at all three production areas will get greater the deeper you go.

For me the funding is key for the next step up in share price. Then i am expecting a lull until we get to first production and proof that we have sold product from Orom Cross door to door in effect. This last bit will be the interesting part and whether they can deliver what the DFS has stated as the DFS is nearly too good. The one good thing is that our CEO is an accountant and they do a good job at managing costs and lets hope the next 12 months we see the funding and production targets working towards.

The funds were required and still only a £14m market cap. Just need some update and news on assay results and MRE.

Strong announcement even if the numbers could not scale Q1 last year due to the outage which has now been corrected. With the way things are Q2 will be very strong due to oil price and increased production coming at the right time, Still looking like we will close out debt by end of this financial year and be in a net cash position which is unheard of for many oil and gas outfits so will be interesting to see whether they continue to hike dividends going forward OR look at M&A activity.

Great news and expecting the updated JORC within the next week or so as it is now a spreadsheeting exercise for the external consultants that put the additional results in as he did state that all had been so far incorporated in last RNS. Still expecting based on strike length, width and 30 mt depth our 43mt to go to around 80mt and a fraction higher grade due to beehive grades higher than other 2 areas.

The JORC will then drive the financing as noone will hand over or sign for money without an external validated consultant JORC.

Looking good for next 2 months.
