Just to answer your.point...

My investment has been made solely on the basis of research & interpreting the comments of AST's Directors. I'm not playing slot machines - we were led to believe this was a compelling investment. The money that has been thrown at this project is unbelievable and I don't know of many other business models, managed by an experienced team that could produce a 90% loss in 2 years!!

Don't bother with your heavy handed keyboard warrior talk - this board already has enough of those.

A number of investor's have approached the FCA as they have witnessed a fall in their investment of 95% and in the last year the BOD have made virtually no progress at all other than ensuring they get their salary.

The so called British Ambassador who is supposed to harmonize trading relations has distanced herself completely and is totally ineffective.

I'm no longer interested in promoting a discussion and I've significantly reduced my risk in AIM generally as it is full of episodes like this one.

As per my earlier post that occurred to me today after reading latest RNS again. Local supply route which may open up further? Plus J. Buggenhagen's knowledge could also assist INA.

Sophie Honey must be squirming as she obviously has no influence at all in Slovenian trade relations!

I'm wondering if a deal is being put together with INA. Talk is of exploring new areas and AST have an oncoming agreement. Could explain why Directors are not buying any shares.

On the bright side, I know that the Authorities are looking into the activities of AST so woe betide if they are not doing things by the book.

While I'd rather stay out of the bickering as it won't get anyone anywhere.Colin Hutchinson was claiming that ASt were putting a legal case together almost 12 months ago! Blimey, we're not even on the starting blocks yet to develop the field.I also feel that we should've been informed of the INA agreement when it was finalised.I have raised my concerns to the authorities also. We are lead to believe that the Slovenian Government are totally in the wrong - if that is the case then I think AST should be making a lot more noise.

Kashdog. While I agree with the majority of what you say, the BOD can easily issue a statement to say there is no specific reason for the decimation of the share price. That is indefenceable. The BOD have previous history of withholding information (the stuck tool in the well for example) to suit others. The current situation is a farce. I have reason to believe that the company is under investigation anyway so time will tell.

I note that there is no longer any trace of John Buggenhagen viewing my LinkedIn profile yesterday after I'd viewed his? He's obviously adjusted settings & gone undercover. I'm sure he'll be reading this board though if he has time to do that.

Hi Walters. No I simply looked at his profile - nothing more. The man must be looking at social media. I would suggest any attempts to contact him should be civil or else it will be diregarded. However, he checked my LinkedIn profile 2 hours ago.

You can bet John Buggenhagen is reading this board...I checked out his LinkedIn profile this morning & LinkedIn informs me that he checked out my profile 2 hours ago! I'm honoured! Keep the pressure on with the regulators for answers.

I have already approached some fairly high profile financial journalists. I'm not expecting a direct reply but I think they will at least investigate or at least refer it to someone in their organisation.

This whole scenario must be very embarrassing for the Ambassador Sophie Honey hence the lack of dialogue!

The BOD appear to have no regard for shareholders. It would be a reasonable request to the Board as to how anyone could invest when do many decisions are made in such an underhand manner. Nobody seems to be accountable.

For those that have access to Twitter. Sophie Honey the British Ambassador is attending a trade delegation meeting today in London. She has clearly distanced herself from this situation. Unbelievable hypocrisy and demonstrating that all senior figures are turning a blind eye to events.

Thanks for clarification. However, I was under impression that Ast's main source of income was under the INA contract? Either that has ended or been renewed? Surely this influence would have a bearing on the company's future or strategic direction.

Almost like Colin saying we did not require a fundraise & then underhandedly doing one out of hours? If anyone can justify that & knows of people who operate similarly? They are misleading the market & as a result are affecting the share price. That should be investigated.

Finally, not even responding to investor's queries via email without even a standard response cannot be defended...

I feel that the BOD are already infringing market rules regarding disclosure of information. AIM Rule 11 states ''notification without delay of any new developments which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price. "developments

Ast had a supply agreement with INA. The market has not been informed either way what the situation is with this? That is just one example. There has been no explanation whatsoever. Investors are being misled.

TinpotTrader. While I applaud your continuous positive spin I have to take issue with your defence of Colin Hutchinson. As a senior manager operating at such a high level I have been astonished at a number of his actions which have been amateurish to say the least. I will glad!y provide examples if need be. Take a look at Colin's LinkedIn page. His expertise & role is solely on raising finance. I appreciate that he has done this but what I can't agree with are his methods. He conducts a charm offensive by doing interviews & communicating via Twitter while at the same time, adopting underhand tactics to the detriment of pi's. There has been virtually no acknowledgement of shareholders, many of whom have lost thousands often in pension schemes merely by trying to interpret the actions of management.

Once again I am glad that I have severely reduced my risk in the AIM market in general and the comments on this board which I mainly support, confirm this.

While invested in the market and particularly AST I am amazed at the amateurish style of the management for many years. I respect confidentiality, but the BOD have mainly acted in an underhand and misleading way with little regard for investor's money. There are many examples of them misleading people and withholding information and it is clear it is just for personal gain.

Once more they and the British Ambassador Sophie Honey are "seen to be doing nothing!"

I have run my own successful business for a number of years and am astonished regarding the way this company is run.

The BOD ought to get their act in order before investors with legal expertise start building a case against them.

Eileen. I bought in around 0.3 & my average is just over a penny now. No attempt to bring the share down - the highly paid BOD have done a fine job of that already!
