I've based my investment on the comments of the BOD.
Sophie Honey is promoting investment in Slovenia.

I won't go into any further detail I thought it was fairly obvious!!

Not sure if it is worth investigating contacting my local MP. Surely Sophie Honey, the British Ambassador's position is a conflict of interest? Politicians, the FCA, journalists - everyone appears to be burying their heads in the sand! I would've hoped the Management of LSE would also do something about being associated with this mess. Nobody has been brought to account.

Sleepwalking into losing his money!

At meeting, or any stage managed interview... Why does nobody ask the Management why they are so reluctant to put their own personal cash into the business? All on huge salaries & I now recognise the familiar pattern on AIM of the same faces moving around businesses and simply raising money with no return.

James Parsons & Colin Hutchinson should be unemployable given their track record! John Buggenhagen has also demonstrated nothing. When will the FCA stop wringing their hands!!!

Once again. No mention of indication of the BOD 's confidence in their ability to personally invest themselves. Wonder what the excuse is this time & why will nobody challenge them on this?

Any prospective Board members should be challenged to invest some of their own personal cash before they expect anybody to support them.

Never again will I invest in a firm where the BOD have not invested personally.

Agree with that point entirely. Would also add the numerous placings- the one at 1.67p looking great value now...

Braids Lol! Yes a bit like Estate Agents! In my working life I've come across three Accountants with MBA's who were all successful in driving businesses into the ground!!

What I find astounding is that I accept that politics are playing a part in this, but in the meantime, the BOD do not give regular inputs on contingency and what else they are working on. They are paid a fortune and are not accountable to update the market.

Furthermore, the interviews they give are also just like marketing presentations. Sophie Honey must be squirming in her position, but again, is not held to account! I could use some stronger words as to what has been done to investors but that would leave me open legally. This situation is outrageous & I can't believe that anybody investigates and blows the lid off this whole saga.

The BOD could do plenty to engage with shareholders but they choose not to do so. No accountability whatsoever, a complete lack of awareness and credibility and not an ounce of self respect. I am also appalled at the lack of communication from Sophie Honey, the British Ambassador. She appears to be more interested in photo opportunities than engaging with this situation and her position at the moment is a clear conflict of interests.

These people all seem to act the same, communicating when they need something, but nowhere to be found when questions are asked of them.

Some investors have followed their words and invested pension money into this company and there is no acknowledgement of this at all. I hope these people can continue to live with themselves. I don't know if many other industries where this is seen to be normal.

Before anyone starts intimidating the Travel Blogs wouldn't the best first step be to raise the issue with your local MP? Surely they could raise this with the relevant
political channels?

I'd just like to know of the few people who do not place any blame of this situation on Colin Hutchinson. ''Will you be investing your money in his next venture? " After all, he is supposedly trying to give value to shareholders.

I appreciate your joke but I would have very little use for either of them as contacts. I wouldn't employ either for my business as they've already demonstrated their limitations despite their senior level jobs.

For what it's worth regarding social media...I posted a few weeks back that J Buggenhagen looked at my LinkedIn profile after I'd visited his & subsequently closed it. Well on Monday my profile was visited by non other than Colin Hutchinson after I'd visited his! He must've hoped I was a desperate head hunter!! Just goes to show that these guys will probably be looking into these discussions despite their claims otherwise!

I doubt anybody would be prosecuted. They'd have already died of old age before the Slovenian Authorities got round to doing anything...

Bradis. You & me generally agree on a lot of things. I'm not moaning, I just don't think the BOD are being held to account & everything is painfully slow. If memory serves me, didn't Colin do a placing at 1.67? How is that looking no w? He also stated we were progressing legalities nearly 12 months ago?

All I want to see are some encouraging signs. Plus why has there always been a reluctance from the Board to buy some shares & instil some confidence?
