No dilution means less stock but no products.

Dilution means more stock but more products potential.

It’s all proportionate in my view. My view is dilution is a front end tax to increase back end value down the line.

Dilution was inevitable. But they’ve had to massively over dilute due to mistakes with the CLNs and the no option RNS.

The dilution is done for now with relation the CLNs. The cash will be used on the projects as they prioritise. We are yet to hear from GlobalCo on how they’ll work together going forward. I am very keen to hear this seen as tho we have only had half the story with them not taking the option yet.

HEMO CAR T is moving the swiftest to clinical trials and will take the lions share of the cash as I understand it.

CBR doesn’t need much capital outlay still yet but sounds like it really could be a platform that is in demand. I see some serious IP in it.

You are right the dilution directly reduces our growth potential particularly short term. Longer term will depend more on the product successful milestones. There was always going to be dilution after all. There is no magic money tree.

Not necessarily going to hit the market. I was told there were some long termers in the placing. They may all hit the market but as I say not the impression I was given.

Junior pharma risks are inherent. Product failure looms in the background but if you know your company then you can weigh those in at your own rates and have an idea of a realistic outcome. Knowing the product portfolio and valuing potential (as I do) HEMO have a long way to retrace to find fair value imo.

If you’ve done your company specific research then predicting a strong rise from here seems a fair assumption to make.

Ssccss we have the mice. We didn’t have the billions Eli et al threw at the projects though. This disproportionate balance of resource made it impossible to win any races. Any product we produce is still preclinical. The big boys have started churning stuff out already! Not all successfully of course but still they have funded a turbo process to trials etc that HEMO can’t compete with.

As you say if they’re still needed then maybe we will have a say but realistically we’re too far behind unless our product is significantly superior to what is out there.

This is the consideration.

SSCCSS, Vlad explained in a recent interview Covid market is completely diluted now and the antibody angle has been addressed by big pharma. Not all big pharma have been very successful so far with their antibody treatments however and Payne the door is ajar.

However, my personal view is I expect nothing from Covid. We have many other product lines that are becoming very exciting.

I think you’re completely wrong about CBR and HEKO are very excited about it. My view of course.

Agree with everything Bill Apart from the fair value assessment. Approaching clinical trials I see HEMO at £75m when compared to its peers in a broker update issued maybe three months back. And that being conservative.

Catalysts for HEMO returning somewhere near include CBR rapid progress, PENN preparing SAFE CAR T for IND app and submitting, progress on lupus auto immune work with both Eli and J&J and clarification on the next steps for CDX (which I 100% believe will be with GlobalCo). No IP costs upfront.

I hope the turnaround will be swift. It may not be. But it will happen in my view.

The last three months have constituted Vlad is terrible CEO and the company is finished. CLNs will end everything. Don’t get me wrong. Big big mistakes have been made. We’re way over diluted due to things getting away from Vlad. A door he left ajar with taking CLN finance and then followed up with RNS he did t think was a big deal suggesting GlobalCo had walked away.

Anyhow looking forward CLNs are done. The market is minuscule and finance is secured for the next 12 months in my view. Including the big deal of clinical trials for SAFE HEMO CAR T.

So all that is left to question, when looking forward as to the SPs trajectory from here, is the science.

And I’ve seen the nay sayers try hammer home many points of doom and gloom but questioning the science is never addressed. For me, it’s because it’s never been in question. Also most don’t fully grasp the details around the science of the work HEMO does so can’t be accurately critically as to suggest failure or ill doing of any kind.

I continue to say the science with HEMO is truly next gen with the potential to make drugs worth many hundreds of millions of dollars and a billion dollar company. With that in mind I’d suggest HEMO as a long way to go in the upward trajectory.

I think this is the perfect time to re familiarise yourself with HEMOs portfolio and the important milestones that will create value over the next year or so.

After everything that has gone on here over the last few months I believe the closure of the CLNs drawn a line under matters. We’re unnecessarily over diluted. FACT. But it’s happened now and we are cashed up for the foreseeable.

Vlad has to work hard for us now to regain investor trust and see sentiment return. There was a news drought for the last few months whilst the CLNs took hold and were allowed to ravage the company.

I hope this means they’ve been stacking up the positive news flow to old into the market for the next few weeks. After all, we’re nearly six months into 2021 so surely all areas are progressing nicely?!?! Time is the helper of investors with the science.

We either see opportunity here to buy and top up cheap or we don’t. Personally It’s a strong buy for me.

CBR is the next gen disease X discover platform careering towards stardom
HUPECH is Vlads baby and has been in the back seat due to the expense of R&D
The ApbHC mice are at the front edge of product discovery and development and can be sold for millions (another partnership with Eli)
And lupus, an incurable disease, is where HEMO is at the complete forefront dragon both J&J and Eli into producing a valid candidate.

You need to look up ‘proof of concept’ for clinical drugs in terms of timing and you also need to research the material impact a preclinical development tool such as ApbHC will have on clinical results due to the time extension it provides to pre clinical results and therefore their validity in predicting future performance.
