Companies can be classed as over valued and under valued you know? That’s what creates the markets. Markets are inherently irrational. Thus making finding value possible.

Do you honestly think 434m shares will get sold tomorrow by the placees? I don’t think you understand how this all works.

George values the company at £10m with 3 cores products moving swiftly through trials. CBR top secret as it sounds like some serious next gen tech and then 2 IND apps by the end of the year for SAFE HEMO CAR T and CDX. Real drugs treating real people and saving real lives. It’s no pipe dream any more. The candidates could be saving lives within a year?!?!?!

Pretty amazing really.

HEMO isn’t relying on one product for success either like many pre clinical pharmas. It has a broad spectrum of treatment types that really are the cutting edge of science and thus significantly de risking HEMOs chances of failure. The outcomes of the pre clinical testing is so much more robust with HEMOs mice also so I’m not sure applying industry average percentage rates of success to HEMOs products would be wholly accurate.

The current valuation is laughable in my opinion (apart from my ISA and SIPP are not laughing right now).

But what about the placing shares hitting the market George?!?!

What about the CLNs?!?

Betting on product in pre clinical with a market cap of less than £20m. Just on reaching approval of an IND app to go into clinical trials the product likely becomes more valuable the company MCAP.

It’s all relevant!! More dilution, more money, more products.

The fact remains we’ve been over diluted unnecessarily. BOD have to have a seriously good quarter now to get us back on track!
