Anyone notice how excited Vlad is about moving SAFE HEMO CAR T forward to IND application? This drug is really motoring. I reckon it can’t be much longer the. 18m-2yrs in pre clinical development.

One thing for sure we should fire through 8p once we hear Eli are GlobalCo and are taking the CDX license as a formality. Don’t know whether we will get all the details straight up but I am very hopeful it will be a v positive RNS SP wise.

Speculation around bed and ISAing. HL been unable to offer the simultaneous buy and sell service so anyone with them has had to sell and wait two days to buy back in ISA.

I think it’s been traded a bit for 10%.

Also the SP is swelling into 2.30pm ish where most think an Eli related deal update will likely drop.

An estimated combined total of 178,520 people in the US are expected to be diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma in 2020. New cases of leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma are expected to account for 9.9 percent of the estimated 1,806,590 new cancer cases diagnosed in the US in 2020.

I reckon CDX may treat all versions. Though we shall see.

AML remains without an actual a successful treatment with 20,000 diagnosis per year in the US, 1% of all cancers.

So the size of the market is a trade off against the market competition. CDX likely to be used for all AML cases if successful.

The validation Eli taking CDX brings to HEMO is huge. Big Pharma says you’ve got a drug we want, a drug we will pay real money for and that your tech is therefore top grade

Is nothing short of company transforming

We move to a clinical junior with aspirations of world domination and maybe just have the tech and candidates to pull it off ;-)

Plus Eli have funded the vast majority of the pre clinical R&D so far for CDX. We have minimal sunk costs I’d imagine so aren’t owed shed loads upfront.

This should not reflect the milestone payments though which I expect to sizeable.

Nothing was holding negotiations back stonk apart from Eli probably having ten of these deals going down at any one time and their in house legal team get a bit busy. Pretty sure they won’t be taking a more urgent approach to dealing with HEMO than they do with every other drug they buy. We’re on a long list of ‘to do’ deals.

It will not take six months. The legal terms were drafted ages ago to create some soft boundaries as would be standard in such contracts. The work required to address and conclude the multiple stages of deal negotiations will happen as and when Eli dictate.

Expecting something in April.

We will know how significant last weeks RNS was depending on the next few RNSs!

Jeez it’s a multi multi million dollar deal not an Amazon delivery. People fixated on 11 April need to just look at the bigger picture. Why did he send that last RNS then? What was its purpose? He told us they’re discussing what form the licensing will take. It’s a given for me that this means out licensing. He’s just tell us Eli was out otherwise?

Vlad RNSd because he knows it’s huge news for any HEMO doubters to formally confirm Eli want it and formally moved to take CDX forward.

It’s to be expected that different people will interpret things differently... but I struggle with versions that don’t even make sense.

‘Negotiations are ongoing’ is just a generic term for me digittt. Also I’ve heard Eli weren’t the only party in town so discussions could’ve been going on a while with other parties potentially.

Eli was always the intended licensing partner but Vlad has to keep his options open as we all know there are no guarantees that Eli move forward with CDX. However, based on the story so far and the way Vlad talks about GlobalCo I have always been very confident it would happen. Hence my investment at this pre clinical stage.

HEMO disclosed Eli as GlobalCo in a re posted version of the lupus collab agreement RNS.
Either knowingly or by accident they had listed that this GlobalCo was the same as with the mice and CDX GlobalCo agreements.

Micky, I’m happy Eli have made their interest known now as per the formal update.

The conclusion of the deal will not be adhering to any deadline arriving pertinent to the 11th imo. That date has dissolved now.

The contract negotiations will be concluded and the paperwork finalised when terms are agreed and it’s been through the appropriate legal steps with the lawyers.

It’ll take as long as it takes.

Quite clearly theaccountant, ‘negotiations’ did not start 3 months ago. It was just the conclusion of the collab and the beginning of the three month period within which Eli were obliged to make their interest formal.

This RNS confirmed actual contract negotiations had begun. Meaning Eli want it.

And as I keep saying, indicates the mythical ‘option’ is now being pursued by Eli.
