So April 20th the deal is announced with Eli Lilly. Simultaneously Vlad repays the outstanding CLNs bad interest.
Anyone consider this to be a likely next step for HEMO?

Suppose it depends on the capital provided by Eli for the deal.

But it surely has to fire the SP to 20-25p?

Then we can place down the line and raise plenty of capital as we need it.

I am 100% the deal is getting done. He literally told us on Friday. It confuses me how people aren’t sure whether it’ll go ahead.

Ive been pontificating and a possible impending sequence of events in my view could be:-

-HEMO get deal done with Eli
-HEMO repay CLNs as have sufficient finance short term to do so from said Eli deal
-SP flies
-HEMO do a placing in a month or two for up to 10% to ensure projects fully funded - at the higher SP this give us plenty of capital and minimal dilution

The question is - where does this propel the SP to in the short term if what I have described comes to fruition? Getting the Eli licensing deal and CLNs getting paid off?

If they breach this date then they lose the exclusivity option I’d imagine hearing the terms.

They clearly won’t do that if they want it.

Micky that was to conclude the collab on 31 Dec. Their work was not finished.

11 Jan they confirmed the collab was concluded, work finished and final candidate identified. Contractually they have three months from then. Different point in the process.

We haven’t had the sort of news we’re looking for yet but the interest is clearly building.
Shouldn’t be too long now til we find out how much Eli Lilly want what little ole HEMOs got

The fact is the 3 month period to activate the licensing clause by ‘GlobalCo’ runs out on 11/4. Therefore we SHOULD hear before then on the matter of the CDX license.

Anything else is guesswork.

You might not be too far off the truth with the broking off market deals for big investors.
Not sure about the HEMO control though. Maybe they’ve got some control to an extent but I don’t think it’s quite as simple as you suggest.
