So basically as alluded I’ve taken to the formal RNS of the negotiations have begun indicates they want it - taking the option - as people want to see it referred.

Another RNS would be nice for the market it seems to provide this clarity but I think such additional clarification will come in the form of the deal being done or not.

I don’t see why they’d say they’re activating the option as such to then negotiate terms and then walk away unhappy. Entering negotiations is executing the option by default surely?

If people make investment decisions based on a BB then they won’t get very far.

I have my view of what will happen and why and a view on the overall intentions of what I think Vlad wants based on all the RNSs to date and the overall picture now at HEMO.

The fact is negotiations are ongoing and we will find out once they’re concluded.

Hopefully not too long til the action starts.

The point I’m “missing” is what means I buy more cheap shares and what creates value in the markets. People take what they like from the RNSs.

Some people need it spelling out.

So what was the purpose of the RNS? I am not sure what you are saying.

The grading of the outcomes are in my view quite clear

1- license out to Eli
2 - license in from Eli
3 - someone walks away

And my view is we don’t move to stage 2 until stage 1 is exhausted. At which point we will know Eli don’t want to take the option, surely? So until that is confirmed, and in line with my view of the RNS, were negotiated the terms of the out license deal.

I don’t see the confusion. I’ve made some sensible assumptions haven’t I?

Answer me this Bill. Why did Vlad draft a RNS to tell us they’d started to talking to Eli?

I’m pretty confident in saying that 99.9% of posters and readers of this board know that nothing is guaranteed.

That said, dependent upon your level of research and your perception of HEMOs progression both with Eli and outside the deal through the RNSs some are more confident than others.

Personally if I felt it was anywhere near a coin toss I wouldn’t be invested. I had concerns around Vlads stubbornness with not letting CDX go “on the cheap” but a few things really encourage me that “GlobalCo” are in for CDX properly now and my view on the chances of them walking away has reduced.

Views should have rationale Bo.

Selecting dates of news is just pure guess work and should be treated as such. No one knows what day news will drop.

For on the deal getting done or not and other HEMO projects people just want to see some rationale to support it whether positive or negative.

You have often stated as if some voice of reason (blatantly obviously stuff as far as I’m concerned) that deal might not go throw or it ‘all’ depends on Vlad and Eli.

Which is fair. Do you have any view on which way it will go and if positive how long it might take?

You just seem to get offended with this chat and I find it strange. Are we/me too positive for you?

Do I need to talk about talks falling through and the deal not landing to provide sufficient balance? It’s just a given to me that this is clear possibility and therefore unnecessary to mention? If you feel there is more chance of it happening than anything else then I’m very interested in hearing your views as to why.

But surely everyone reading the guesses know they’re guesses? So what’s the big problem? Surely folk can have a guess if they want? People who ridicule when the day passes surely can’t be expecting news that day? Baffles me sometimes. Relax and stay cool everyone!

Suppose it’s a bit different if folk claim to be in the know. Delays happen though and things change.

Part of the fun having a guess and an opinion. It’s easy to sit back and criticise. Harder to sit back and just read it all and stay relaxed. We all love a moan.

I’d just recommend caution! He wouldn’t tweet hints to news. Especially big commercial news.

Big mega bucks deals take some sorting. It’s likely taking a while.

I expect Eli news in April (being sorted now imo) amongst a couple of other things also to drop and to be the catalyst for the start of the next chapter for HEMO. To begin a serious re rate to fair value as we approach clinical trials on two world class products. Doesn’t get any more significant for junior pharma to get product validation from a Big pharma.

Maybe it doesn’t feel like it right now (or hasn’t for a long while) but HEMOs time will come and we will reach fair value soon enough which imo is a lot higher than where we are right now.

Day traders rarely trade pre clinical pharma as nothing happens when you expect. Any worth their salt anyway.

Takes years to develop drugs and tick off significant milestones. Everyone knows this pumper. Just got to sit back and let it all play out.

And you’re not investing clearly as you have no idea about anything HEMO do broader picture. You only ever talk about an exit.

Spend less time fixating on the share price and more time reading up on what HEMO do and you wouldn’t need to bore us with your constant SP snore fest messaging. You’d be confident and just let it ride and wait for the milestones to drop in.

Remember, this decision and the timing of it is not in his hands. All about what Eli do and say. Not so sure we can control that and therefore the news flow.

I said Monday/Tuesday but calling days is tough going and you get ridiculed heavily when you get it wrong.

Exactly. Vlad (thankfully) knows a lot more than any of us could hope to know about both the science and the roadmap to success through his advisory support for all of his drugs and tech.

The positivity is rising. The SP will catch up.
