I’m not one to pay too much attention to intraday fluctuations but it’s nice to see a dip and test of support and then fingers crossed finish blue. A strong close would bode well for next week.

DanRey, that makes him good at his job. If you can find his posts read through his posting history. Disappeared as soon as we stopped dropping. Undermined HEMO constantly and persistently. He basically said HENO was worth nothing!

Not sure how saying the company is worthless isn’t a bit of deramp. All I’m saying these people have clear agendas (most of us what the SP to go up) but some try and masquerade as faux disappointed HEMO positive investors.

I’d just like to make one final toast the complete lying scheister that was Tuan. Clearly he was shorting the s.h.I.t out of HEMO and then spamming the board with his faux voice of reason (a tactic I despise) about the challenges HEMO face and how sad he was that he’d been screwed over.

Now we’re more buoyantly he’s disappeared onto the next one for shorting taking his disingenuous posts with him.

I agree Hulver with the shoddy corporate governance to allow significant mistakes to be made with the finance deal AND the communication on GlobalCo ‘no option’. That RNS should never have been allowed to leave the building in its final form. Whoever signed that off helped trigger the SP tumble.

Vlad maintained he could not raise enough capital via any other financial facility at the time the CLN was agreed with MINT. I believe the brokers told him that he won’t get the kind of money he wants via a placing. Assuming due to the bullish SP/MCap at the time and not having the prospectus up to date.

Clearly it was much easier to raise the recent lump at 1.5p as the buy in price was a complete bargain. They screwed existing investors by making the price so low imo. The CLNs had to go but I found the 1.5p raise to be at an unacceptable level and a complete joke frankly.

But what’s done is done. And I seriously expect them to have learned very hard lessons from their mistakes. They simply cannot be made again.

I’ve heard an explanation as to why they felt it necessary to issue the ‘no option’ RNS. I’d like some clarity on this matter. Their failure to understand its potential impact on the SP prior to issuing it astounds me.

The mistakes HEMO have made cannot be wiped from memory. Not for a long while.
The impact should fairly have people considering Vlads competency to get the big decisions right going forward particularly with finance.
However I can’t see him making the same mistakes twice. He’s naive but not stupid. Also I only see good things coming from the ongoing work and big name collaborations. I don’t see the point in starting each three with “Vlad has ruined HEMO and over diluted it unnecessarily”. I hope we all know this has happened. My interest is can he fix and go better and get the MCap soaring? My PF says I believe he can.

Therefore it’s A BUY and HOLD for me.

You went in heavy on a completely saturated market by the big boys? You thought HEMO would edge out Pfizer and Eli Lilly and the like?

Look, I was convinced GlobalCo wouldn’t walk away and we’d work together through to trials and possibly beyond. I could not see how they’d dump 3yrs of collaboration and expenses, extending the collab multiple times themselves for a year then sack us off.

The set up was such that it seemed to be the fact that only a binary outcome was possible. They licensed it (bought it) or we did from them by getting their IP. I think that was CARP and I still do! As things stand GlobalCo haven’t bought it outright yet haven’t walked away. It’s a situation many seem to not get their head around.

It’s a given that the RNS process they’ve implemented telling the market that GlobalCo did not wish to exercise the option intimated it was game over. But the RNS did say ongoing negotiations continue (which everyone seems to ignore). By not communicating the whole story at once they have made the situation look rather poor.

So I remain of the opinion (as before the ‘no option’ RNS) that GlobalCo DEFINITELY do still want CDX and that negotiations are DEFINITELY ongoing and no one has walked away.

The no option RNS was a complete PR disaster and would have not been so if it had been delivered with the FACTS about how things will work going forward. But it wasn’t because they weren’t ready. And it smashed the SP up starting the downward spiral which was expedited by the CLNS then kicking in. The BOD completely misread the room as the impact of the no option RNS.

Anyhow, as lat night I believe the BOD will turn it around (after much unnecessary pain).

My confidence technically has not been proven wrong until details of how CDX will move forward are shared and only if GlobalCo have sacked us off will I concede defeat.

No one could have predicted the last two months and however much BS you post Pumpky I’d suggest your decision to think HEMO would be a player in the COVID market is worse than my view (and remains so) that GlobalCo absolutely want CDX from HEMO (for starters).

So spare me your waffle.

GlobalCo will work with HEMO on CDX. It’s just taking a while to sort.

It’s quite simple for me. You can hold a vendetta for what has happened for as long as you like. That doesn’t make me my money back. It boils down to what happens next.

I didn’t sell up because I believe HEMO will ultimately be very successful. And I believe they’re moving swiftly towards clinical trials with 2 candidates that have a good chance of working on humans. Does the removal of your rose tinted glasses stop you from seeing the primary objectives of the company?

Dilution was always going to happen. Agreed they royally f’d up the numbers which is infuriating. But like all pre clinical pharma investors look forward to potential. Well, I do anyway.

I am not entirely certain of your point? Should I be expressing more regular anger at the over dilution and the horrific ‘no option’ RNS? I prefer to consider where my portfolio will be down the line by which point I see HEMO realising true success.

I am down currently. I don’t think I will be for very too much longer.

Your investment time horizons could do with more accurate matching to the asset class within which you invest.

Serious pharma investments... generally not 3 weeks. Needs a touch longer usually.

Pumpky, however much I do find you entertaining in imbecilic stuff you post, you need to have a think about your investment strategy.
Do you think that nothing happens at HEMO when they don’t post weekly updates on each drug?
Do you think they be close to big things?

I hope for your sake they are and then you can sell up sooner rather than later and go and pile into RMS at 1.2p for BIG profits.

HEMO recovery underway albeit slowly still at the moment.

However, with partnerships with Eli Lilly, GlobalCo and J&J and a chairman with the expertise and vast knowledge and experience of Sir Marc Feldmann you simply cannot see anything other that success arriving over the coming weeks and months.

Clinical trials WILL be underway in the not too distant future and the market cap will reflect its true value soon enough.
