Hi Westie Welcome to the board, your right Calidus is ear marked to confirm the million oz mark to allow the PFS to be considered, which will allow the distribution of the shares. For me these will be a long term investment for my family providing we are not bought out. As for KRS with the new CEO on travels I can see a move into these EV projects moving sooner than we think. Only been here just over a year and been adding where possible, all media from DR seems plausible and to the point! Good luck when you decide to take the plunge!! GLA

Hi Dinoken Just read story from California re reducing prices of solar panels, causing the unit energy costs to reduce that the utilities are worried that they will take their margins, so are reluctant to engage with renewables. Their options must be to embrace the new technology and become the part players by investing for the future. I can see our company being a ripe target especially at these prices, for a utility company to take advantage! But for now we have a few months to wait and grit our teeth!!! GLA

Thanks Pedro On other boards they say the MM s cannot be seen to collude in the share process, so even with phones and emails all similar contacts would be traceable. So the share numbering is one way they communicate! Not a proven fact but something we PI s would like to believe is true!! GLA. ( good luck all )

It was only 19th March this was announced redT is pleased to announce that design prototyping of its 3rd Generation ("Gen 3") cell stack is complete and has now been delivered to the Company's premises. With initial stack design completed, redT have now engaged with its Tier 1 global manufacturing partner, who provided positive feedback on the design philosophy, and the Company has made a commitment to tooling equipment. In line with previous announcements, the company expects to deliver its Gen 3 product in H2 2018. So I’m still confident that the share price will eventually move to its real level for the transitional energy business this will create! GLA

instead of taking all the distributed Calidus shares, should another project be on the cards, at the time, we were offered shares in the new project, using the distributed shares instead of cash ! We would then not need to bother with the transfer or cashing out (with all the tax issues) Hopefully with an incentive offer attached to sweeten the proposition !! Only a thought ! GLA

My thoughts are any cash settlement would play havoc with individuals tax affairs, better shares you can then take out as required. Calidus will be a long term mine even if larger group take it over, so two to three years time those shares are going to be worth a great deal more! I noticed my broker HL have a significant holding in our company and they have told me once confirmation of the distribution has been announced they will investigate methods of transfer of these shares. ( possibly via HSBC ) GLA

Thanks Tom My figures were based on DR s email, he was probably working it out as a quick guide as nothing had been confirmed about the actual quantity being distributed. However, when the time comes the Calidus share price should be quite a few multiples of it’s current price. GLA

Hi Swordfish Re distribution, my email back from DR it was to be around 330,000 Calidus shares for every £1 million Keras. So spend £3600 to then hold £7700 plus Calidus shares as well! For me it’s a hold, Dave has said recently they are looking at how these are going to be distributed to shareholders, as many have these held in pensions and ISA s. GLA

Hi Swordfish From our web site Keras� investment in Calidus provides strategic value upside: Keras acquired the Klondyke Project in October 2016 and through a combination of debt and equity financing undertook a confirmatory drilling campaign in the first half of 2017. The confirmation of high grade intersections and mineralised continuity led to the successful listing of Calidus Resources Ltd on the ASX in June 2016. On listing Keras was issued 217m ordinary shares in Calidus and two tranches of Performance Shares of 265m and 241m each with attached milestones. All shares are in escrow until 23 June 2019. Thu 29 Mar 2018 07:00 RNS Number : 3648J Keras currently holds 458m shares in Calidus which represents approximately 35.8% of Calidus. Keras also holds an additional 265m Performance Shares in Calidus. On the successful completion of a PFS, Keras will be issued the remaining 265m. Hope this helps GLA

My thoughts are we will have to wait a max of a year for the distribution of Calidus shares. With the new CEO of Keras active, with something positive in the pipeline, Keras will have to stand on its own with a new project to maintain the momentum for the Keras share price, after distribution. Calidus will become a stand alone project (likely to be taken out early by a bigger player) so then Keras will then be in a better position to look for even more opportunities within the mining sector. So with these buys the board see the full potential is in the Keras share long term!! GLA

Hi Tom 02 Fully understand, most of my share buys via HL have not shown as buys and often been passed over to NEX exchange. In some way its because we are under the radar of the masses, but be in no doubt that the MMs are hovering! Once this takes off, either as a result of additional resources from Australia or more likely, over the next six months, from another location, you will not be able to catch your breath. When GGold went into overdrive the numbers were huge but unfortunately, they didnt have the backup from their JV partners, which is why this one will be worth the wait. GLA

Snipit in today’s Daily Mail City & Finance pages re the boss of Keras buying £1.4 m of shares, shame got the decimal point in the wrong place. But still .......got us in the news.!!!! GLA
