My goal is to acquire renewable and low-cost assets into the group. The target value range is broad, he said, with Atlantis looking at opportunities in the market for less than GBP 10m equity value, and others in excess of GBP 400m to GBP 500m, he said. In December the company had a market cap of around GBP 44.15m and is aiming for readmission in 1H18 as per the company announcement. Hi Andee I can fully understand why Togo is on the back burner,if I was to be in receipt of shares valued at today's prices of �2.5m in 17 months time, then probably want to keep my focus on developing the Calidus share value. That's not to say these shares will not be used in the future to benefit the company as a whole; perhaps used as a development vehicle towards EV resources in other countries GLA

Hi Dunk Thanks for the info, i've put it into my spreadsheet and tallied it to your original, just one calculation needed ! which figures did you use to calculate "Calidus Value per Keras share( GBP ) 0.0065 ? Hi Andee Hence the reason I sent him the email I needed to know, for the first time in writing , the actual numbers before adding. I would hope Dave would only have given me the figures after a lot of thought before sending; he has some 15% of the total Keras shares, which will be a big number when measured in terms of Cal escrow shares. It’s in his best interest to get it right to go public! GLA

Received reply from Dave Reeves from a direct email question re the above "based on the current shares on issue of Keras you will get approximately 1 Cal share for every KRS shares once the final performance shares are issued. So if you had 1 million shares in Keras you would get approx. 330,000 Cal shares which are worth approx GBP 7,700 today, but hopefully a lot more when this happens." I'd like to see the shape of the combined business before adding to this share, can understand the figures, which look good, but we do have a Billionaire now in our mist so surely any capital raise the bulk should be under his banner ? Still have the faith in the principles of the company but need to see where we are going !! GLA
